Overall Stay was good, The actual Hotel was Comfort Inn which created a confusion initially as I wasn't able to locate the hotel at first point. Hotel missed some basic amenities like a dental kit, bathroom slippers.

We stay at this hotel for work and I love it. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you or just talk for awhile. The GM spends time with the guest in the hotel at breakfast talking and finding out if there is anything that she can do for you. I would tell everyone I know to stay at this hotel. All my family and friends. GREAT JOB,

New ownership and new name. When we pulled I said I don't know there are shingles missing on the roof. We walked in no one was at the desk but a note was up and with in 5minutes we had someone there to check us in. Very quiet hotel, they are making improvements. The lobby was clean quaint and smelled great. Room has cold ac,the shower has great water pressure. The hotel is non smoking but we smelled smokers in the hallway but not our room. If you're a picky person, then see cosmetic items could use improvement. But I rather have a clean room which we had. Only negative was dust on the baseboard behind the bathroom door. They have Dove toiletries so you don't have to bring you're own or if you forgot them. Not a bad stay and I think the past reviews may have been accurate ,but noted by the hotel owners.

This hotel seemed to have a lot of maintenance needs. The ice maker on the first floor was not working and the washer/dryer on the second floor were not working either. Those things did not bother me that much, but they were noticeable. The pool area was nice, but the hours were 9 to 9. I was really surprised they would close that early. One thing that was strange was that the fitness center was open 24 hours, but you had to go through the pool area to get there.

We have never been in such an appallingly dirty place. We open the drawer of the nightstand and were amazed to find it was full of rotting food, empty tobacco containers, and, and more. You had to be there to see the stinking mess. And then a glance at the toilet area was awful. We would never darken this place's door again. Nor should you.

I am writing this from our hotel room. I can't even believe I'm staying in this hotel room right now. We should have turned right around the second we walked in. The smell alone should have given me a clue- it smells like cat litter in the lobby. We waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes until an employee finally came strolling in to check us in. Walking down the musty smelling hallway to our room, I couldn't help but notice the brown water damage stains all over the ceiling! Our room is so musty and the carpet actually feels wet. I'm scared I'm going to get sick from mold! This hotel has obviously never had a bit of updating done, it is in complete disrepair. We tried to switch to another hotel, but everywhere is booked! I just feel so disgusting in this room right now, I know I won't get a wink of sleep....I might go sleep in our car! 🤮😭

This is a very old and dirty motel. This place is like something you would stop on the side of the expressway just to sleep. We made the mistake of staying here four nights while visiting family over New Years. It says they are dog friendly yet they yelled at us for being near the breakfast area. The key only works "sometimes" after they give you another one it still only works "sometimes". The shower pressure is great but it blows the curtain out of the way so the floor gets wet. They give you the worlds smallest and worst bar of soap to wash your hands with. They acted like we were unreasonable for asking for clean towels because they said that they don't go into the rooms while you are staying. So we were supposed to let the trash and towels pile up? I think the flood on the bathroom floor was the first time the floors have been washed in a long time. Not a comfortable stay, staff isn't helpful or friendly.

I stay at this Holiday Inn Express a few times a year for work/business and I have been doing so for the past few years. I have never been disappointed as the rooms and property are always clean, there's awesome beds and breakfast has a great variety. The staff deserves a lot of credit for great customer service. Again, I have never been disappointed. Nicole worked the front desk both of the nights of my most recent stay. Nicole definitely deserves an A Plus! Nicole was very courteous and helpful. I think she really enjoys her job and does it well. I definitely recommend staying here also because of so many amenities such as restaurants and shopping within walking distance or just a short drive away.
