Ogawaya

It was a stay using the prefectural people. Because I had declared on the phone in advance, the check-in procedure and the application of the prefectural people were very smooth. The guide in the building was a foreign national staff, and there was a wall of words, but it was easy to understand all the necessary matters. In addition, the information you received at check-in was also described in the information you were able to go to each large bath and were able to use all three large baths without hesitation. I was very worried about which dinner to make, but Ogawaya was the first time to use it, so I made it a standard meeting seat, but it was correct. You can eat at the private room banquet hall, and the amount and taste are satisfactory. The dinner attendant was also a foreign national, but it was very polite and very good as the guide. The breakfast buffet was also used after 7:00, so it was not particularly crowded, and the seat was also very relaxing. It was a type with an open-air bath on the balcony, so the stay in the room is also very relaxing and recommended. It was a stay without any inconvenience at all. I like the accompanying people very much and I would like to visit again when I go to Gero.

Because there was a thing that could not be removed in Nagoya, I tried to make a night stay, and I disturbed my mother and daughter from Kyushu to oedo Onsen hot spring, which I used many times in other prefectures. Two nights and three days. I knew it was on a high level far from the hot spring town, but I booked it because it was described in HP as ”I will pick you up”. But this was the worst beginning. First of all, I was scheduled to arrive at the station around 6 o'clock in the evening, and I called in advance, ”the transfer is until 5 o'clock, so you will come by yourself.” When I arrive at the station by taxi, three other inns are greeted at the exit with a card written by the inn name. I won't cut it a little here (laughs), but I regain my mind and check in by taxi. After arriving, tomorrow morning, I tell you that I want to go to the station before 8 o'clock, and when I ask if I can pick up and drop off, I say, ”it will be a pick-up from 9:30 in the morning.” Well, it's okay. It's this situation to go out early. It is the situation that the morning ends early in the evening, although it is late in the morning. And the next day. Call a taxi and go out. The return arrives at the station at 5:30 in the evening. I know that I was bad in the first place when I mistakenly arrived at 5:15! I know, but I was told it was amazing. Really. I arrived for 15 minutes, so I might be able to pick up and drop off? I thought about it and called the hotel. Then, at first, it is said that ”it is until 5 o'clock ~”, and it is said that ”it is ~”, and it is said that ”ah, I will replace the charge, so please wait 々”, and it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it is said that it The woman who replaced it was not good in the tone from the beginning, but it was said that ”if it is about 15 minutes, I will pick you up and drop you off specially”, and I can send you. But yes! You will notice that the arrival was 30 minutes, not 15 minutes, and it was already 5:15. I couldn't call the hotel immediately because there was a person sitting nearby in the bus, and if the person was going to call when he got off, a soko phone came from the other side. ”That cherry blossom! You arrive at the station in 15 minutes!” Of course, the woman who just happened to be cut off. ”Sorry, I misunderstood the time and arrived at the station in 30 minutes,” I apologize. ”Then I can't pick up and drop off anymore!” ”It takes 10 minutes or 15 minutes!” ”Where is it now!? I'm really saying this tone. This is the language. I can only speak in a small voice in the bus, and it is a very disgusting thing from the top. At the end of the day, ”I have the following business here!” Who is telling who? Then what is this phone? It's not a business. Is it okay to hire such a person? In the customer service business. But I felt sorry for this time, and I couldn't talk freely in the bus, so I was like a fool, but I couldn't understand what I was saying immediately. I have never been told by others in the first place. I am afraid that there are people who can express anger so far by one transfer. The person who came to the transfer was kind, so it was a little salvation. It was a terrible event that tears would come out even if I remembered now. But I think that the woman who is angry about this is also a poor character. I think this phone caller is wasting the efforts of the staff, and of course I will never go again. It is also acceptable for those who employ such staff to be released.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the scenery is charming, the fireworks can be seen at night, clean and tidy, it is a traditional decoration style. The colorful bathrobes seem to dress the whole holiday as well. The hotel has a separate hot spring, and the whole family can go soaking together. Of course, dinner and breakfast here are had to be mentioned, delicious to death. The staff from Hong Kong are polite and welcoming and helpful.

This is a traditional ryokan. The reception was friendly and professional including tea served in your room upon arrival and an orientation as to the various utilities and yukatas. The room was similar to other ryokans we have visited: large with a low table and two chairs in the centre of the room which are replaced by two comfortable futons put into place while we were at dinner. The difference in this ryokan was a small dressing room with a vanity hidden by a natural beam in the corner of the room as well as four upright chairs in front of a long natural beam table in front of the large picture window. I can understand while some reviewers would see the room as being slightly dated with its dark trim but this is offset by bright halls with their floral carpeting and beautiful stained glass windows. As well, the traditional food was superb - artistically prepared and extremely tasty - with multiple dishes served by our gracious hostess. Given the recent investiture of the new Emperor we had a special menu prepared for Year #1 of Reiwa (the name of the Emperor's era). The onsen was equally excellent, with various pools. A great place to start and end the day. All in all an excellent experience.

Since my child was 1 years old, I decided to travel with 3 family members and stayed there. There was also a kids room for children, and the children were very excited. The room was large and I was able to spend it freely. I was just wondering if the air conditioner in the kids room and the electricity were not on. Also, in the women's bath, the temperature of the children's bath was quite lukewarm and cold, and the fence of the crib was low, so it was difficult because I couldn't put the child in. But I also took an open-air bath in the room and it was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

The hotel is not in the Gerv area. It takes about 20 minutes to get over from Gerv. There are not many bus shifts. They usually come by car and have plenty of parking spaces. The room is also the size of a general hot spring hotel, but you must go to the hot spring to take a bath. There are many hot spring pools in Xialv. There are also steamed wooden barrels in the hot jacuzzi. The dinner breakfast is very rich and delicious. The price is very good. It is the 𩠌 dish that cannot be selected for dinner outside the official website.
