Neil and all at the Ambassador were welcoming and kind during my recent stay. I really appreciated their care as had travelled length of UK alone for family funeral. I had a safe place to park, the hotel is right beside the beautiful river and Botanic Gardens. Many thanks.

Overall. Very happy with the stay. Staff were very nice and hospitable. Free parking tho a little limited but one can’t complain. Shame the council are not helpful with the parking up front.

Quaint spotlessly clean Hotel, friendly staff, modern clean bathroom, only issue mattresses also need updating twin room I booked had 2 old lumpy mattresses but I’m sure this will be forthcoming given the high presentation of the hotel, Situated in a nice part of the city next to the Botanical gardens and the Oran Mor church events venue

My wife took ill while we were on a weekend break had to be rushed to hospital so I had to extend my stay I choose this hotel lovely clean hotel staff were lovely Niell went above and beyond to help a lad under stress while his wife was in hospital I would like to thank him for all.hos kindness didn't go unnoticed a credit to the hotel

Lovely hotel, the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. The room was very nice, beds very comfortable, great shower. The hotel was in a quiet area, and very peaceful. We travel all over the UK with work,and this was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in.

A charming place that has exactly what I needed and no more or less. The people are wonderfully friendly. The location cannot be beat with the entrance to the river path just across the street.

Very comfortable and clean single room with view over the botanic gardens . Felt very safe lovely breakfast freshly cooked . 10 mins from buses into Glasgow and the subway stations on Byres Rd and at Kelvin bridge . Easy to use 10 mins to city centre . Cafes bars and shops in west end in easy reach .

The hotel is really nice. It is located in a quiet road, close to the botanic garden. The room was relatively small and basic but with all what I need. It was also very clean. The bathroom was ok, only the washbasin was really small. Excellent breakfast.

We arrived very late at night after the hotel staff had gone home. Their communication with us was above and beyond though! They emailed me to confirm what time we would be there and they left our keys and room number info for us at the front entrance so we could check ourselves in. We had 2 rooms here, a single room and a double room. While the rooms were very small, they were comfortable and clean. We were pleased with our one night stay here. The hotel is located on a very quiet beautiful street, walking distance to restaurants and the university.
