This was hands down one of the best holidays I have ever had!! Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!

Very good, very good hotel, basically can not find any shortcomings, all the staff are very friendly, good dining, separate private beach, next vacation will choose this hotel

Rixos is Accor's luxury hotel in Turkey. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the hotel facilities are complete.

This hotel must be highly praised because every employee sincerely serves guests and meets your various needs. Even though some projects (private beaches to the sea) are closed in winter, it does not affect the comfort of our trip. The hotel breakfast is all-you-can-order, not a regular buffet, but quite rich. The minibar is also free. The waiter knew we wanted oranges when he passed by and climbed a tree to pick them for us. I was so touched. Haha, thank you for adding color to our trip to Turkey

This was our third visit and we loved it again. We stayed 14 nights having done the same last August, we holiday in Turkey most years and haven't found anywhere as good as here for an adults/13+ holiday. Pool - plenty of sunbeds available so no rush in a morning, waiters coming round all day asking if you need drinks. Very quiet with some music throughout the day, large saltwater pool and smaller freshwater pool. Beach- we spent most days here, again plenty of sunbeds and didn't feel busy even when it filled up late morning. The short seabus to the beach makes it feel really special. Bar staff excellent and waiters often asking if you needed drinks. Plenty of water, beers, soft drinks in fridges to help yourself to. Bar staff will make any drinks you want, all spirits branded (Efes/Becks/Miller/Absolute/Gordons/Malfy gin/Aperol) and branded mixers. Music throughout the day gave it a more upbeat feel and DJ some days late afternoon, but still very relaxing. Fresh Kebabs at the beach snackbar or a short walk round to Azur for lunch, both very good. Food- Turquoise buffet has a large range so always something different and all very good quality. People's restaurant was our favourite and although you have to book, the food and atmosphere we really liked. We ate at L'Olivo twice which is €25 per person and the food was good, but we found that we preferred Peoples. Room - really nice art deco design and our housekeeper kept our room very clean each day, lovely terrace to sit out. Large bathroom with rainfall shower and really comfy king-size bed. Gocek is only a 5-10 min stroll away, lovely shops, bars and restaurants to wander around. Staff throughout the hotel we found were excellent, barstaff Ali and Emin in particular were very good but so many more made our holiday more enjoyable. Also thanks to the Guest Relations team who are always walking around the resort asking guests how they are enjoying their holiday and asking how they could make the hotel better. It is good to know that they want to listen to guests about how they can improve. Overall an excellent hotel with excellent staff and I know that we will return again in the future. We have just returned from the most perfect holiday imaginable. Caution… this will be an extremely long post as there are just so many positives to mention! My partner and I booked this hotel after desiring an all inclusive, adults only holiday and although it stretched our maximum budget, we were not disappointed. Flight to Dalaman and only a 20-25 minute transfer with this hotel being the first stop for us. We arrived early hours on Thursday (around 2am) and we were greeted by exceptionally pleasant staff and escorted to our room via hotel buggy. The kind gentleman took our cases to the first floor where our room was located (room 1721) and was extremely grateful of the tip we gave him. The hotel in general: - Extremely clean and tidy, constant maintenance from staff on the grounds, e.g. grass cutting, hedge trimming, tidying around the pool & restaurants, cleaning toilets etc. - Perfect layout with villages laid out spaciously, all in comfortable walking distance of pool, restaurants, hotel lobby, gym area & beach shuttle boats. - Assortment of toiletries provided in the room and replenished when needed. Staff: - The staff probably made the experience that little better as they couldn’t be more attentive if they tried - always going above and beyond to provide an amazing service with constant smiles on their faces. They would make any drink you requested and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. - Drink orders were taken round the pool and brought to your lounger, bottled water was regularly brought round and even alcoholic drink samples that weren’t ordered too (the mango slush must be tried!!) - Cleaning staff always attended to the rooms exceptionally and we were pleased with the room each day. A lovely touch was having a “Do Not Disturb” and “Make Up Room” button from the inside which lit up outside the door and cleaning staff paid attention to this and we were never disturbed. - On our first morning, we were given an extremely informative brief in the hotel lobby about the whole resort including everything on offer, opening times of facilities and added extras that could be additionally booked. - The lady & gentlemen who were spoke to that worked for customer relations were around regularly and asked for feedback and how our time was so far. They listened attentively and were happy to speak to us at any time. It was lovely to see them interacting with so many guests. - We tipped a few members of staff for their extremely hard work - they are not expectant of them but so gratefully received. Facilities: - The pools were fab (one normal and one salt water). There was never a rush for sun loungers despite the hotel being fairly busy with guests. Pool and beach towels provided so no need to take one! - Fitness programme was extensive and plenty of varied choice each day. I took part in the Aqua Cycle, Pilates & Yoga (on a boat!). All were brilliant and the experienced staff were excellent in delivering the classes. - The

I went there solo for the first time in Gocek and first time to Rixos! I would tell I had the most beautiful experience with the services of ANJANA Spa! Pro & friendly staff! I would give CHEMKA 10/10 which with whom I had three treatments, Turkish Hamam, 75 mns of medical massage, also the after sun treatment one day before I leave

Rixos Premium Göcek is the best hotel I've ever visited. Nestled between lush mountains and palm trees, its serene location by the marina is a true paradise. The food is extraordinary, offering a wide range of international and local dishes prepared to perfection. The amenities, from the relaxing spa to the inviting pool, cater to every desire. The staff's attentive service makes every moment exceptional. This luxurious and tranquil haven is a must-visit, and I can't wait to return.

Magnificent location , wonderful serenity , clean & comfortable big rooms , friendly caring very responding teams from the gentleman MR MAher the manager to every staff at the resort , very tasty food . Azur beach restaurant delicious food and wonderful view , people restaurant MR Haidar was very kind and helpful Fetif and Emre , the NEox club with live bands and entertainment every night , the WhatsApp service is very efficient and practical , all in all it was an amazing experience

This is our 2nd time here and this time took our family! This place doesn’t disappoint, it’s absolutely amazing from the secret beach to the cabana and pool and fantastic staff . I recommend the island hopping boat cruise and the sunset party cruise all laid on by the hotel and complimentary. The food is amazing and our favourite is the Azur the one at secret beach as the views are amazing and a lovely setting. We are already planning to come back.thank you to the staff for making our stay the most memorable.truly amazing.we will be back xxx

This is a stunning hotel where the rooms are immaculate and the atmosphere is very relaxed. There is a speedboat that runs every 15 minutes and takes you over to the secret beach and to the azur restaurant. The staff are extremely helpful and very polite, we had great service from all the staff at the pool bar including Dilay, and Gan. Sirac and Elif in the al la carte restaurants work very hard as they are all really busy restaurants but you still get incredibly good service. I loved that there were always sunbeds available at any time of the day. I can’t actually think of a bad thing to say about this hotel, I would definitely recommend and would love to return.
