Very clean,the staff was very friendly, there is a mini bus that takes you to the beach zone, medium restaurant with variety of food. The animation team was very friendly and very nice with them we had so much fun everyday with different activities.

My review will we focused on the animation team. During my week they have made entertaining shows and they create an amazing mood everytime they make a show no matter if it's dancing or alike. The drinks and the food at the hotel were on top. The cleaning ladies were very nice and changed our stuff every day and also cleaned our rooms. swimming pool was nice and clean. The beach is not close, but theres a shuttle bus.

I was amazed by how comfortable this hotel is. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and really comfy. Even the beach isn’t that far away and the location is nice and chill. Responsible for our mood were the hotel animator and they were amazing. The activities were creative and the night shows and the music were great. Our kids enjoyed the animation the most and the vacation turned out great!

Everything was good and service was great. We had a nice stay in a big room. The beach is perfect and the restaurants amazing. I absolutely adored the style. Perfect pool activities and shows made by animation team with smile. Wish to go again soon.

To była Nasza druga podróż do hotelu Excelsior, pierwszy raz byliśmy na tydzień w sierpniu 2023. Tym razem wykupiliśmy 14 dniowy pobyt w Excelsior 2 osoby dorosłe + 2 dzieci (,1 rok i 3 latka). W 2023 wszystko było super i naprawdę godne polecenia. W tym roku 2024 wyglądało już to troszkę gorzej. Pierwszy minus za pokój (dopłacaliśmy do większego pokoju) który znajduje się na 7 piętrze, na który nie dojeżdża winda (tylko jeździ do 6 piętra i bardzo często działała tylko 1 winda, 3 osobowa). Nie muszę tłumaczyć ile się człowiek wyczekał na windy i ile nawnosił wszystkiego (wózek, dzieci, rzeczy). Kolejny minus to stan wind jest taki, że drzwi zamykały się same podczas wsiadania do windy, często drzwi uderzając dzieci lub dorosłych podczas wsiadania. Na kolejny minus smród z łazienki. Hotel na problemy ewidentnie w tych pokojach ze smrodem z rur, bo na dzień dobry wsadzone są w odpływy plastikowe woreczki żeby nie śmierdziało. Tui próbowało wymusić na hoterzu wymianę pokoju, ale został nam A proponowany dużo mniejszy metraż, a dopłacaliśmy do większego. Jedzenie na stołówce często zimne i coraz gorszy wybór. Animacje przecięte, żeby nie napisać, że słabe. Kierowca busa wiozącego na plażę strasznie niemiły. Czepiał się wszystkich o wszystko.

The hotel base is good. Location is ok, it's a little bit far from the beach, but have every 30 minutes shuttle bus. The restaurant and bars quallity is 5/5. The pool parts is big and clean. The hotel animation is interesting because they made a lot of games, and have mini club for kids. They have different night shows. The rooms equipment is new. Maybe perfect hotel for all ages!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel qui à 4* , seulement sur le papier Chambre très belle spacieuse, nous étions au 5eme étage,belle vue et calme Chambre nettoyé impeccablement Personnel très aimable, manque de fois d' un petit sourire En ce qui conserve le côté alimentation, buffet varié et bon,salle immense Seul bémol, hôte relativement éloigné,une longue marche pour accéder à la plage ou commerce Si vous aimez le calme c'est parfait

Hotel an sehr ungünstiger Lage. Führungsloses Personal. Und entsprechend kunden feindlich. Getränke nur mit Diskussionen im Glas erhältlich... Der alte "Bademeister" beim schwer zugänglichen Schatten-Pool lässt ein verschieben von Liegebetten nicht zu. Kurz und bündig: Nicht zu empfehlen. Das klägliche "Buffet" war nach 18 Uhr geplündert. Ab 19.30 geschlossen! Unser erstes Frühstück sah so aus
