Hotel is centrally located, with lovely room and different rooftops for balloon viewing. Super friendly staffs, they are all very helpful and are like friends. Breakfast is also very good, with lots of choices.

I find this hotel as our only option because of late booking, which also turned out the best option we could have. the room had a jacuzzi, a good cave feeling and beautiful interior design. the hotel itself is also placed in a very good location, which gives you the access to almost everything you need in less than few minutes by walk. also the hotel staff are very nice, after taking the balloon tour and talking with other people from different hotels, I figured out that the price they charged us for ballon tours and pickup service was the cheapest. i'm so happy for selecting them.

They were friendly and nice, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great view from the restaurant. I had to arrive at the hotel at 4am in the morning, I didn’t notify the hotel beforehand but the receptionist was nice enough to offer me to stay at the kitchenette area and drink coffee until check-in time. In the morning around 6am, I was able to see the balloons from the window of the kitchen. The experience surreal! The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange a ballon flights and shuttle bus to the airport. I loved to hang around at the common areas. The room was very spacious. Overall, the best experience I have ever had.

It was a lovely place. A good hotel for watching balloons. There were several sofas for photo shoots, so we could take turns taking photos. The staff who called us a taxi was kind. When I was having trouble buying bus tickets online, I told the taxi driver about it. Thank you for helping me.

After staying for two days, to be honest, I can't fault it at all. If I have to say it, the fairy chimney room may be woken up by people outside the house preparing to go to the hot air balloon at 3 o'clock in the morning. but! ! Soon after 4:15, there were hot air balloons outside the house. . Because I heard the sound of a hot air balloon igniting in my room, right above my head. . But I didn’t go out at that time. We woke up at 7 o’clock and only saw a little bit of the tail. They have three viewing platforms and several small viewing areas, each with a good view, there is always one that suits you. Every employee is very nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant was outstanding. but! Chinese stomachs must eat Chinese food, especially parents who eat Chinese food. It is best to be careful. Very suitable for people who like and are used to western food. Before booking a room, you can look at the 3D scan of the room type on their official website. You can see the structure of the entire hotel, which is really interesting. . In short, just have money and no brain. .

The location of the hotel is good! There is a terrace on the top floor where you can watch hot air balloons, and you can also sit and drink tea and coffee on the terrace in the evening (these are free). The room is built in a cave style against the mountain. When booking, you need to pay attention to the number of adults and children. I made the reservation in a hurry and only wrote one adult. The actual check-in was two adults and one 12-year-old child. I looked at it when I made the reservation. The room was shown to have two beds, one queen bed and one 1.3-meter single bed. I thought it was enough, but when I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional fee of 30 euros per person (to pay for breakfast and single beds) for a single bed. It is actually a sofa bed. If a third person stays, he will help lay down the bedding.

The hotel has four terraces where you can watch balloons. Even though it was a cave, I was surprised at how clean the plumbing in the room was... All you can drink and eat from the minibar for free The C plug I brought didn't fit, so I borrowed it from the front desk. It won't work unless the plastic part of the spigot is diamond-shaped. The breakfast was changed little by little over the two days, and I was very satisfied with the variety of Turkish dishes I had! I was happy that there were many types of cheese. However, when I ordered the *dish, I asked for a fried egg, and I ended up being hungry for a week when it was half-boiled*, so Japanese people with sensitive stomachs should be careful.
