There is so much to love at this little 11-room hotel. The traditional building with its plain exterior and delightful interior courtyard and balconies. Its location, in the Albaicin but separated from the madness around San Nicolas. The convenient bus stop right outside the door. The access to a range of nearby bars and restaurants, including the exceptional Qadima. The beautiful rooms with their wooden ceilings, comfortable beds, smooth linens and lovely views. The cozy fireplace lounge for end-of-day relaxing. But above all — the staff!! They make you feel like you are visiting the home of dear relatives, who are delighted to welcome you. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything you ask for is taken care of cheerfully. This is Granada as it should be!

The hotel built in 16th century so its historic. I believe it is family run and more like staying in a home rather than a hotel. You are given a key to the front door, your room & a small safe. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean.
The staff are friendly, but I would suggest booking trains, buses and taxis earlier than suggested.

We had the most amazing view of the Alhambra right from our bedroom! So special. Everyone was so nice, I wanted to be friends! Our stay was very short and we did not get to go hiking, so we will be back and we will stay at this hotel again. Thank you to Lola and Lola (!) and Ingo!

We received a warm greeting from Lola, the Mum and daughter Elena. We were served a traditional breakfast by daughter Lola with fresh made lemonade from the garden and flavour-bursting oranges from the uncle's farm. Mum also baked the local cakebread. We were made to feel most welcome during our stay in their lovely antique filled home (about eight suites), treated as family with helpful suggestions for dining. Be sure to request Alhambra bookings far in advance because it sells out. Tip: Great restaurants nearby and most people go to watch sunset at Plaza Nicolas nearby but we preferred sunset Placeto Cristo, square just to the right of the front door. We got drinks at Bar and walked across the road for sunset, then enjoyed wet paella for two at Mirador de Santa Isabel La Real for a perfect evening and not expensive.

This is a lovely and very comfortable hotel. All of the staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast as well. They made my trip a whole lot better.

El hotel es espectacular en cuanto a ubicación limpieza tienes un parking al lado las habitaciones son grandes y el baño también Ingo nos acogió con gran amabilidad y nos dio indicaciones para pasar un buen fin de semana es un gran anfitrión El desayuno es casero y está. Realizado por ellos en cuanto a la limonada el bizcocho o la mermelada y el yogurt Personalmente para lo que pagas del desayuno esperas un poco más porque es nulo en cuanto a bollería a zumos. (Inexistente) Solo hay limonada casera con limones ecológicos que es como si te estuvieras bebiendo un mojito a las ocho de la mañana No hay nada de bollería más que un bizcocho No hay embutido solo un poco de jamón Dijimos que para nosotros el desayuno no nos había gustado y era escaso y a partir de ahí el trato por parte de una de las trabajadoras hacia nosotros cambio sin aceptar ninguna crítica por parte nuestra En resumen el hotel es familiar cercano está en una de las.zonas de granada más emblemáticas como el albaicin está muy limpio y muy acogedor y la familia que lo regenta es muy educada y acogedora pero seguimos manteniendo que el desayuno cuesta mucho dinero pars la oferta que te dan
