Mooie locatie met mooie appartementen.
De Watertoren is een excellente plek en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Het is geen hotel maar een appartementen complex: er zijn dan ook geen voorzieningen voor de gasten. Je kunt er fijn verblijven als je Groningen bezoekt.

Hotel watertoren Groningen, Wat een leuke en authentieke plek om te mogen verblijven! Appartement waar wij één nachtje hebben geslapen was netjes, verzorgd en helemaal van deze tijd. Bedden waren goed en er was voldoende douche ruimte. Gangen naar het appartement toe zijn erg smal, een maatje meer moet zijwaards, hahah! We boekte ook een ontbijt voor s’ochtends. Dat kun je beter niet doen. Het ontbijt is erg basic voor de prijs waarvoor je betaald. Je kunt beter de stad induiken en daar lekker ontbijten! Het is circa 25 minuten lopen naar de stad. Geen tussendoor weggetjes dus goed te doen! Kom je van ver? Twee dagen rondneuzen in de stad van Groningen is meer dan zat, drie is te veel 😊

The Watertoren West is an excellent choice for a stay in Groningen. The quality of the rooms is very high. They are basically well equipped small apartments. You do not pay for services that you do not need such as a restaurant, bar, gym etc. The city of Groningen has all the bars and restaurants you need. The views are good. It is a restored watertower and the restoration has been achieved with great taste. There is no dedicated parking although some paid parking is available locally on the easy parking app. There is a parking garage about 10 minutes away. The city is a pleasant 15 minute walk away. This is a brilliant location for a visit to the city.

Sehr schönes Appartment, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, Bad klein und etwas eng aber völlig ausreichend, mit vollwertiger Küche! Kaffee/Tee gab es vom Hotel. Zimmer war anfangs etwas kühl, aber die Heizung konnte schnell Abhilfe leisten. Personal war extern freundlich, wir kommen gern wieder. Einziger, kleiner Nachteil, die Fenster sind vom Regen mittlerweile ein wenig schmutzig, dadurch der Blick etwas getrübt, ein Fenster ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, das war aber kein Problem.

Second time I stay at Watertoren hotel in Groningen. And again it has been a great stay. Spent three nights there. Spacious and full of light apartments, ideal to relax and to work. Beautiful architecture and lovely design. Clean, very clean. The location is quiet and perfect to visit Groningen. There is a supermarket just across the street. I will go back.

Wat een plaatje! Super fijn verblijf gehad. Uniek gebouw, prachtig verbouwd en hoogwaardig afgewerkt. Zeer snel internet waardoor ik goed kon werken in het hotel/appartement. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld, meer dan 75m2 met alles erop en eraan. Éen woord; ge-wel-dig!
