I was charged a €6 service fee that I had already paid. The front desk employee last night didn't even bother to listen to us or find a solution. The hotel was hard to find, adding to the frustration. I'm deeply disappointed with this service. Never staying here again.

This hotel is really good and exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is very clean, both the guest rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean, giving people a comfortable feeling.
