Very happy with my stay, the staff were very helpful and nice. Everything was top notch. Room service was great.

Front desk Carol is very helpful. Fast check in. Houskeeping is doing good job, room is spacios and clean, water pressure good. Overall is very good.服务员徐桂清is kind enuf to provide four bottles drink during second day after knowing we bringing 2 kids. Thank you.

Travel with family and booked 3 rooms with Fraser Suites. Room is big and there’s a mall linked to the service apartment. Service is top notch and they went above and beyond by sending a birthday cake to our room on my mom’s birthday. Thank you for the fantastic service. Would definitely stay again.

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. Overall, a great hotel to stay in the tianhe area. 我们在广州天河希尔顿酒店住了一晚。服务特棒 办理入住手续的时候，Nicole 在旁边协助, 确保一切都万无一失。 前台的 Kimi 也很友善，很有耐心的讲解一切的事项。感觉很温馨，让我们有“很受重视”的感觉。入住办理也不会久。酒店也给我们提早入住。 酒店也根据我们得要求给了高层的23楼房间 （酒店最高24层），还给我们做了蛋糕。对于我们的特殊要求，酒店做得非常完善。 价格合理，也离火车站不太远。 跟去酒店电视上的资料，酒店有免费巴士送往广州东火车站。最好是先问一下。 在天河区是一个非常值得入住的酒店

Very friendly and accommodating staff; charging ports are on wall ( but charging heads needed) but also usb ports and charger located on the alarm clock; breakfast was so-so but enough variety; great location to subway and 4 malls surrounding the location; overall great stay

First time in Guangzhou and stayed in one of the best hotel. Loved the location, service, cleanliness and space in this hotel. Surrounded with plenty of food, malls and was right above a metro station. Gooding to the Guangzhou Dong HSR is super convenient which is only 3 stations away. Will return to this hotel if going Guangzhou again.

The hotel building is old and has been renovated. The rooms are large and have very good facilities. The hotel breakfast is located on the 30th floor and is very complete and has a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very nice. Unfortunately, I saw a cockroach in the hotel lobby, which was very pathetic!!!

I had stayed here many times before in previous years. It was always one of my favorite hotels when visiting Guangzhou. However the place has really gone downhill. The location is between Shipaiqiao and Gangding metro stations. It’s a great location as you’re on the Main Street for all the shopping malls and restaurants. You can also get a view of the Canton Tower from the room. The main entrance is behind the building. The lobby is beautiful. I use to be able to check in early (around noon) but not this time. Had to wait until 2pm. (No big deal) One of my favorite things about this hotel are the large spacious rooms. The bathrooms are huge as well. The TV’s have been upgraded since my last visit. But they removed the tv next to the bathtub. However things are falling apart. Stains, damage, moldy smell, urine smell in the bathroom, condom wrapper under the bed. And even with “do not disturb” on while we try to take a short rest, we have a cleaning lady banging on our door not remembering if the room had been cleaned or not. There is a fitness center, a spa, and restaurant, but we did not use any of those. Overall I’m disappointed. This hotel use to be one of my favorites in all of China and it’s sad to see this place go so down. Love the spacious rooms and location though

I've booked at this Hotel every time I visited Guangzhou since 2018 a 10-day or more visit and I've not been disappointed the service is excellent. I had to add the night manager Mr.Simon Lee had made our stay more enjoyable, because Trip.com I coildn't contact for a issue and Mr. Simon Lee came forward and took care of the problem and my friends I travel with was even more surprise how helpful Mr. Lee was. I highly recommend anyone who visit Guangzhou check this hotel, all super friendly and very helpful and their eat in facilities was definitely a 5 Star.

If you're planning to explore the bustling clothes market in Jinmei, this hotel is perfectly situated. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and you'll find convenient shops nearby. I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained both the hotel and the rooms were.
