I had an excellent experience with the front desk service. The staff were attentive and professional, even taking the time to personally show me the room before my stay. The room was clean and spacious, which added to the comfort. They also helped me book a car to the airport when my family and I were leaving. I will definitely return again

The hotel check-in efficiency is low. The room is in poor sanitation. There are things left by previous customers on the wall. The air-conditioning outlet is full of mold. The air is not fresh, which causes rhinitis. I heard that welcome fruits were sent to other customers. I asked about it. The reply was that it was a member benefit, not available to non-members. They offered to send two cups of hot milk in the evening. As a result, two calls were made at 12:30 in the evening to wake people up, saying that milk was sent. Two cups of cold milk were sent in the middle of the night. It was speechless. The experience was very bad. Even the online car-hailing driver complained that the hotel was 7 or 8 kilometers away from Pazhou. The hotel name was very misleading. The location was very bad. It used to be a hospital.

I didn't expect that there was a Haizhu Children's Park next to this newly opened hotel, with a free swimming pool, a paddling pool, a large sand pile, and a climbing frame... Many local children come here to play during the holidays, so it's so cool to bring your kids~ It's like adding a back garden to the hotel. I decisively extended my stay until the return trip (Haizhu Children's Park opens at 8 o'clock, the swimming pool is cleared from 12 to 2 o'clock, and closes at 6 o'clock in the evening)
