Booked this hourly room at last minute through trip.com. the reception was asking the room type when checked in as not able to find my booking. Thought their system should be linked. The reception was not polite & blaming me should call trip.com to ask for the room type before check in. I think this male receptionist was not trained good enough to represent the hotel.
