第一次來住這家酒店，早上去12樓餐吃早餐，哇塞，剛好碰上有公司在大廳搞活動，這場地和佈置氣派槓槓的，我的公司年會場地有着落了。房間有大浴缸，天氣冷泡了個熱水澡，很舒服了一覺睡到自然醒，出去回店過了12點忘了到前台更新房卡房門開不了，前台小莫姑娘動作很快就給我送了新卡，工作態度不錯，退房還房卡給前台就可以走了，按金是自動退款的，從入住到退房我覺得這酒店管理很到位，員工態度很熱情，以後就住這酒店了

坐了七個小時高鐵到酒店，當時發燒特別難受，衹想好好洗個澡躺下休息，第二天還要早起。到了之後先是給錯還在打掃的房卡，當時到房間看到保潔還在我還以為走錯房間了，然後等了五分鐘左右給我換到另一個房間，那個沙發上有類似腳指甲的角質物，擔心別的地方還有，我要求換房間，同意了之後，給我換到另一個朝向的房間光線較暗，但是聯繫前台給送上一個枱燈來了，送上來的時候我在洗澡，我讓放門口，結果我洗完澡出來發現放在房間內的門邊，想問一下客人在房間裏的時候工作人員是可以直接刷卡進的嗎？沒有暖氣，聯繫前天送了一個暖爐，但是沒啥用。總體來説，有問題反映有迴應，服務挺不錯的，但是我在洗澡的時候直接刷卡進來還是有點毛骨悚然。

酒店環境不錯，酒店房間很大，個別房間朝向能看到小蠻腰夜景很美，住客有免費停車服務，停車場內增加了充電樁，點外賣有機器人配送到房間很方便，大堂小柯很周到，很熱情，是一次非常難忘的入住體驗。
