I have to complain! I stayed in this hotel for training. I took some time to go to the lobby bar to discuss something. As soon as I sat down, a staff member named Hu gave me "special care". He didn't turn on the lights, didn't let me eat, and said it was time to go off duty. But the notice board clearly stated that the service was until 9:30 pm.
