Hotel was abit small but manageable. Right in the heart of shopping district so food and shopping was within a stone’s throw. Hotel staff was nice and accomodating. Not a 5 star kind of service but warm like a neighbourhood

The hotel staff is really helpful compared to other hotels! They cannot speak english but use their phones to translate and help. The hotel cleanliness could be improved the ceiling is dirty and had moisture. The hotel is also in an alleyway which was surprising. The location is great it’s close to the taikoo hui mall. They have a bus for canton fair. Breakfast deal is amazing.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Shipaiqiao metro station, very close to bus terminal, surrounded by many restaurants and malls. The staffs at front desk are very polite and helpful. They also upgrade the room type for us.

The hotel is well maintain. The room was clean and AC was cold enough. Location was not bad, walking distance to train station and surrounded by many eateries plus shopping malls. I don't mind recommend to friends for this hotel.

Service was great, friendly and accomodating staff. Great location, off from a main street so it’s not noisey, but easy to access. Close to lots of malls and shops in walking distance.

Very good location, guest room was nice and quiet, housekeeping service was attentive, front desk representatives were friendly. But 6th floor dining service was quite so slow , we had been waiting for our food over 25 minutes. Food was mediocre.

I think it's difficult to find detailed reviews about the place so I would like to take the opportunity to help others out. To start, I am not a picky person I can tolerate quite a bit while traveling. Sounds and smells don't bother me too much. So Take what I say with discretion. Due to the peak season of Canton Fair, we were "gently" encouraged to upgrade our rooms which we did but it wasn't too much. Maybe about total additional of 52 dollars for 2 double bed rooms for 4 nights. The staff is friendly but speaks limited english save for their boss. They do have a translation app and will try their best to help. The hotel does have a slight musty smell but nothing to be bothered by. The room is spacious. Furniture is a bit dinged up. The towels are changed daily, and the bed is very soft and clean. The bathroom was sizeable but there was a bit of water damage to the ceiling. The breakfast buffet was decent. 20% western food and 80% Chinese food. They had a bit of yogurt and bread but no butter. I think you can request for it, but I was very satisfied with the congee, soup, boiled sweet potatoes, and dimsum. There is only one bus time for the canton fair so if you miss it, you miss it. Overall we had a very pleasant experience but again, if you're looking for a good place to, stay it's well enough.
