A wonderful place to relax. It is convenient that the children's and adult pools are connected. On the first floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious meal. Very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Opposite the hotel there is a small water park (you buy a ticket yourself).

It was a decent stay but the hotel could improve in terms of the old design and a better breakfast.

I chose this hotel because of location despite reading some reviews how the breakfast needs improvements and badly managed by mainland China standard, and now I agree with them. I ended up just taking 1 breakfast out of 3, which was not included in the stay so that I even paid extra, because it was that terrible. Also table was so dirty, another reason why I gave up on eating there. Plus everything was falling apart, like how pavements are broken, closet is broken and many trashes in the hotel complex. I had to talk to staff a lot to make requests such as fixing the safe in the room. Also there was construction work going on, thus noises and there were loud party noises late in the night as well. The location is nice, in the forest although lake is completely disappearing. My room had window blocked by trees which was lovely view and I could have privacy in the room unless I go outside to balcony. The amenities well equipped and there are complementary fruits every day which I had instead of breakfast. Also the housekeeping in the room and the outdoor pool was nice. But right after I checked out the receptionist chased me after and said something was missing inside the room. So they do check very well but why do they not check about trashes, broken pavements and noise concerns. Regarding ‘missing item’, they do label how some stuff are to be paid with the price tag and ‘not gift’ sign and I didn’t take them. So it looked like some misunderstanding and because of language and cultural differences. As international traveler, I had to communicate through smartphone translation and sometimes I could see the translation was getting messed up. Also it looked like I was the only foreigner, most of guests here are locals, as both guests and staff kept on referring me as my nationality amongst themselves. Overall, read the reviews and decide for yourself.

We had our wedding at this hotel and booked one night. The staff were very helpful with setting everything up, and the room was nice and comfortable.

The environment is very good, next to a reservoir. There are birds singing and flowers blooming in the hotel, and there is a small hill to climb. The swimming pool is quite comfortable, overlooking the lake and the water is quite clear. The room is quite large, with free fruit and the air conditioning is OK. It is a bit old, so it looks quite old, which is a pity for the location.

The first impression was very good! The breakfast provided is very simple, but the requirements are not high. Eggs, milk, bread and coffee are definitely available. Facilities ~ Look at Figure 1 and Figure 2. The shower switch in the shower room is difficult to turn on. I am worried that the joint will leak. It is very necessary to repair it. Service ~ Quick feedback if there is a problem during the day. Because I can't sleep on a too soft mattress because of my back pain, I had no choice but to sleep on the floor on the third night. I called to ask for an extra quilt, which probably woke up the night shift waiter. I received a scolding, no!!! The original good holiday mood was completely destroyed! May I ask, if there is a chance to stay next time, can you consider solving the above problems? Or does it not matter whether you come or not?

The insects in this hotel are terrible. I went to the room last night and woke up to find that it was very itchy. I thought it was a mosquito bite, but I didn’t realize it had grown so big. It’s terrible.

The room is well-arranged, with complete supplies, and free snacks and fruits. The lounge chair by the window facing the lake is very comfortable and relaxing. The swimming pool and lake-viewing trail on the first floor are suitable for both quiet and active activities. The lake reflects the sunset, and it is a good place to enjoy a slow life. Xiao Li and Xiao Zhang at the front desk are proactive in service and provide travel suggestions. Thumbs up. A hotel included in the collection and recommendation.

Facilities: I have to complain about this. A huge marble under the bathtub fell off, so it was not hit. The front desk called three times before someone came to the door. In the end, they simply taped it up and perfunctorily dealt with it. It looked like it was still going to fall off. I hope it doesn't hurt others, otherwise the hotel can't just say sorry! Environment: The environment is still good, the lake view is beautiful, the infinity swimming is great, and there is no one on cloudy days, so we booked the whole place! Hygiene: It's really speechless. Mosquitoes came into the room and I got allergic reactions from the bites. My legs and arms were all itchy. I bought a lot of medicine, but the itching was still there, which seriously affected my subsequent trips.
