酒店服務小家子氣，延遲退房扣扣索索給個1點半、洗衣袋不讓帶走、晚上上樓還有保安查驗房卡、房間電話非長途通話0.5元也跟客人算計等等
僅此一次，永遠不再考慮下榻此酒店。

房間景觀很棒，酒店的服務也很不錯，就是房間的小冰箱的飲料和小食要收費這個要吐槽下，澳門的酒店除了酒以外基本都是免費。另外浴室的密封性不夠好，洗完澡外面水流了一地有點難受，希望能改進下
