We arrived during renovations, so it was dusty and dirty.

It is located in a residential area and is quiet at night, but close to the subway station. If you’re not returning overnight, be aware that the last subway bus leaves at around 11 a.m. After that, buses may not pass through this side at night.
The instructions are quite clear. The 24-hour front desk is on the first floor (one floor above the basement). There is a password gate in the middle. You may need to use an intercom.
