good location and good price

I chose this place when I was on a business trip. It is very friendly to people who take a nap at noon. I go out to work in the morning and evening, and take a nap at noon. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is also nice. The service of several sisters and a gentleman at the front desk is very good. The overall experience is good.

The location is good, it is convenient to travel and go to all the attractions. Guangzhou is still a bit hot. The front desk service is enthusiastic and warm. It is affordable and cost-effective.

It is not far from the subway station. Chen Clan Academy Station is about 700 meters away and Hualin Temple Station is more than 500 meters away. There are some shopping malls opposite where you can go shopping and eat. It is probably a place on the roadside, so it is not very noisy. There is a self-service laundry room in the hotel (insert the card to turn on the light, two washing machines can be powered off when the card is removed, there is a hanging iron, opposite room 3067) But! The room is very dark! All the lights are turned on, but it feels like turning on the bedside lamp in the bedroom at home. The brightest one is actually the bathroom... And there are very few sockets, only one at the bedside that is powered off and one on the table. Friends with many electronic devices should be careful!

The bed in the room was quite comfortable, but the toilet was not satisfactory. The area around the hotel was a bit dark and messy because it was in the old town. Because it was raining all the time, the hotel also provided umbrella rental service, which was quite satisfactory. It was quite convenient to walk to the subway and many restaurants nearby. The nearby Dodo was delicious.

The floor was black and gray, and I felt that I would get athlete's foot even through my shoes. The room was very shabby, the wardrobe was made of wood, and the inside was moldy. The whole room was yellow and moldy, and the bathroom was even worse. The frame of the shower room was full of mold. The bathroom was filled with a fecal odor, which was very disgusting. The air conditioner was also very noisy, banging all night, and I couldn't sleep at all. The service attitude of the clerk was still good, but the hotel was too bad overall. In my impression, City Convenience is a clean and tidy business hotel, so I chose it. The hotel I stayed in this time was really disappointing. It's not an exaggeration to say that it's a hotel. I will never choose City Convenience again. The only advantage is the geographical location. It is close to various attractions such as Xihua Road, Chen Clan Academy, Yongqingfang, etc., but there are no advantages other than that.

The transportation is convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Chenjiaci Subway Station, which has Line 1 and Line 8. You can walk to the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, take 3 stops to Liwan Lake Park, and it is also very convenient to go to the Memorial Hall.

The front desk service is warm and considerate, and most importantly, it is convenient to travel. I will stay here next time I take my parents on a trip.

The hotel I stayed in in Shenzhen was a little more expensive than this one, but the environment was much better than this one.
