It is a wonderful option to stay in Guangzhou. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located a few meters from the pedestrian street and that gives it a privileged location to move around on foot. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am and there are good Chinese and Western menu options. Just note that it is no longer a hotel operated by Holliday inn but is now called Voco.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

This is because the B&B has just started operating in recent years. The rooms on the first floor are fine, but there is a slight smell on the second floor. It should be better in a while. All the facilities in the room are very good. , there is a fresh air system, the toilets are automatic and smart, and I like the color decoration very much. I think the accommodation environment on this trip is very good, and the price is also very reasonable. The main reason is that it is very convenient to travel. You can walk to Yongqingfang in a few minutes~ It is not far from Shamian Island. I will definitely stay here next time✌️ In the end, the real thing matched the pictures online^_^

The front desk service is very good. There is a security guard to carry your luggage as soon as you enter the door. It is really considerate. The shopping near Yongqingfang is very lively. There are many late-night snacks. The breakfast is also delicious. The hygiene is very good. I will stay here again next time when I have a chance to travel with my family. It’s so convenient. You can borrow a stroller which is very convenient. Recommended!

You need to conquer a flight of stairs to the lobby. Normally not a problem, but challenging with multiple luggages. They do have a slope by the side but so steep that I find useless and no one from the hotel helps. The hotel also doesn't have non-smoking floors, in fact even the lifts stank of cigarette smoke. The first room they gave me had a strong cigarette smell and the front desk staff kindly arranged for me to see 2 other rooms and I had a room change to another room that was slightly better.  The room is very small, even for one. Imagine it to be cramped for two pax. There isn't even space for proper luggage placement. There was no wardrobe and no place to hang even if you brought your own hangers. The bathroom is tiny, with most of the space allocated to the standing shower area. The handle of the shower sliding door was wrapped in duct tape and it couldn't even close properly. Full basic amenities are provided though I didn't use them so can't comment on the quality. Bed is firm and higher than usual but acceptable. Location wise there are alot of food options nearby. Yongqing Fang is about 20 mins walk away in a straight distance.  Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

The door is not sealed properly? Recommended to check out. 2. It is recommended that you create a small laundry program like some hotels with laundry rooms in Huazhu to remind guests of the laundry time. Or, mark it in an obvious place, ”It is recommended that you time your own time after washing or drying clothes to avoid forgetting and occupying the machine for a long time.” (I want to help the person in front take it out, but the laundry basket is always occupied, and there is no way to take it out. We really enjoyed our stay in Yizhi! The location itself is worth every penny, we could just walk across the street for the metro and also venturing to the famous XiHua street for all local delicacies! The only regret is, we didnt extend our GuangZhou days to stay longer. This would be my first choice hotel on my next visit!

Hotel is located about 50 meters away from Caihongciao metro station through either exit gates A or D. Needs to cross a pedestrian road and a side lane to reach the hotel. Hotel room is clean but slightly small. Near to shops and restaurants.

Great boutique homestay, we had a wonderful weekend here. The room is very distinctive, the boudoir design is very exquisite, and the details are also in place. The balcony faces the houses on the opposite side, but it is not noisy at all. In the morning, I can hear grandma downstairs listening to Cantonese opera. It feels wonderful. The guy in the inn is very nice and keeps chatting with us. The three-day accommodation experience was excellent, there was no commercial atmosphere at all, and some just felt like home.
