I stayed in a suite for about $130, but it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff here double charged me. The room wasn't cleaned even though it was past check-in time. And it was very slow. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear the staff's noises and voices. The front desk staff was very rude and talked a lot. The price and service didn't match at all. I'll never stay here again. Please be careful.

Noite horrivel! Exausto e sem poder dormir!
Sou acostumado a ficar neste hotel entre conexões. Pela praticidade de estar no aeroporto. Geralmente são beliches, com banheiros compartilhados. Mas, OK. Vale pela praticidade. Nesta noite cheguei de uma viagem internacional super cansativa. Muitas horas de voo, para pegar um voo domestico na manhã seguinte. Resultado, passei a noite acordado. Nao consegui dormir ou relaxar. Uma loja em cima do hotel estava em reforma, e usaram britadeira a noite inteira. Creio, deveria ter sido avisado do problema no momento do check-in. Sinto, deveria ter o meu dinheiro de volta.

A experiencia foi horrivel, uma cabine pra duas pessoas, num espaco minusculo. Um quarto parecia uma sauna de tao quente e como é dentro do desembarque nao tem janelas. Totalmente claustofóbico. Nao recomendo pra ninguem

Honesto para uma conexão noturna
Apesar do preço um pouco salgado (quarto minúsculo; banheiro compartilhado, porém super limpo e sem café da manhã), pode ser interessante para quem precise fazer uma conexão que ultrapasse a madrugada em GRU, até porque não há muitas opções de hotéis "3 estrelas" no entorno.

Localização, porém limitações na estadia.
É um hotel de aeroporto, não esqueça disso. tem a comodidade do local, mas não tem janela, nao tem vista e a acústica é terrível - muito barulho de vozes à noite.
