With 2 large beds, it is not easy for children to sleep on their own, and it is good for two adults to not be crowded. There are small tents and ponies for children to play in the room, and the floor is not particularly clean. It is better to put children's slippers and toiletries in the parent-child room. There is a Guilin rice noodle at the door, which tastes good, but it’s not convenient for other surroundings to have breakfast

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

The hotel was quite new and very clean and beautiful. The only disappointment was the lack of a full-length mirror. There was only one mirror at the washbasin, which was inconvenient. The food was extremely delicious with a wide variety, and I believe you won't get tired of eating it no matter how many times you have it. The staff also provided courteous and friendly service, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, it's a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. It had everything we needed and the location was super convenient as it was close to the high street, shops and all the necessities! We celebrated my boyfriends birthday there and he was very happy. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Guilin Central Palace Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. We booked a king size room and was spacious. Breakfast and afternoon tea time came with many selections that were amazing delicious! Staff was always very helpful. We will book again to stay in Guilin next time.

The hotel was amazing. The room was very nice and modern. Staff was always helpful mainly Huili and Xiaoyang. The locations is very good, the sun and moon pagoda is 5 minutes walk. There is a very nice swimming pool at the 9th floor by the restaurant, by the way, probably, one of the best around, we ate there twice. Also, the breakfast over there is amazing, with lots of options, Chinese and good for western. There is also SPA. We stayed there twice and would do again when coming back to Guilin.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The stay was so comfortable. There was a small courtyard and a cafe. Breakfast was American-style sandwiches. I also had my obedient Corgi to accompany me for breakfast. I was so happy! The hotel is near the water and has a very good environment. It is quiet in the bustle. There is a delicious rice noodle shop at the door. It is also close to the scenic spots. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Guilin!
