This is an honest review! I am so glad I booked this hotel, from 5 years my dream was to visit Guilin and the most important thing and the highlight of my trip was this hotel! AMAZING is a little word to describe how fantastic my stay was! First the hotel is very clean. The view and the scenery is fantastic it’s so dreamy. Food is great. Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. Last but not least the staff is what makes everything perfect in this hotel. We were in Guilin for 9 days, during which the city experienced its worst storm in 35 years ! The city centre was seriously flooded and there was no electricity. We were extremely fortunate to have stayed in Qing Lan - it is situated at a higher ground so was not affected. We were travelling with an elderly lady with wheel chair - first stayed at a Double bed room mountain view for 4 days and then the Family Suite Mountain View for 5 days. Surroundings - The nearby park (which hotel staff can take you there for free - outsiders have to pay. It's huge ! It's only about 5 mins walk to get there from hotel ) has the most spectacular view one can expect. It really has a "wow" effect. The best part is hardly anybody there. Staff members - This is the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed ! Staff members are not just professional - they genuinely care and give you a family feel. They looked after us so well to the extent we were a little touched :-) Location - situated in a quite area but about 15 mins drive to city centre (Ride costs about RMB 20 - 25). The scenery is indeed much better than city area Room - Since the hotel is new, everything is very clean, towels are new and beds very comfortable. Really nothing much to complain about. Food - The only drawback is there is only one restaurant nearby in the park. Breakfast is more than sufficient but not elaborate. You can order delivery easily should you want to have dinner at hotel, which was what we did for 2 days If you want a few days of peace and tranquility, I cannot think of a better place. Will definitely go back again ! To my knowledge, this is just Phase One,

Great hotel outside of Guilin. The area is peacefull and quiet between the mountains. View from the hotelroom was amazing. We took the bikes (which the hotel provides) to the parc nearby, great views! Service is great. Free self-service laundry room was very helpful aswell. Only downside might be that the area is too quiet, meaning there are no restaurants or bars. There is a small supermarket around the corner though where you can get some drinks.

Hotel is located in scenic zone with valleys background. Picturesque and eco friendly environment. Front desk personnel Mr Li (小李）, Mr Qin（秦）, Ms Chen are very helpful and approachable. Clubhouse served tasty Cantonese and guilin cuisine. Hotel provides free laundry and dryer facilities. Easy to order food delivery and Didi services from this hotel location. About 30 mins ride to Guilin North Train station. Highly recommended to stay. 😉

Really modern hotel outside of the city in a very quiet location. Have stayed twice and both times were perfect. The facilities, breakfast and surroundings are beautiful and most of all the staff are exceptional in their attitude and their work the incredibly friendly way they deal with everything. It was a real pleasure to stay here and will be back for sure.

It was a positive stay

The hotel is very close to Guihai Qinglan, and the scenery is very good. The service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very delicious. The fried dough sticks are fluffy and not pre-made. Guilin rice noodles are also very delicious.

This hotel is really great. Booking a hotel also gives you free tickets to the scenic spot. The scenery is so beautiful. You can enter and exit the scenic spot as many times as you want. The service staff is patient and thoughtful, and they also provide free transportation to the scenic spot. The accommodation conditions are very clean and hygienic. The lady also helped me with my luggage, which touched me. I also received a gift. Five-star praise!

The room is very good, the bedding is clean. The beige sofa is a bit dirty (this family-style hotel can't change the sofa for each guest), which is understandable. The service attitude is good, and the scenic spot is also good. Guests staying in the hotel can visit for free.

The service experience is very good. The housekeepers are very considerate. The breakfast is very good. You can enter and exit the scenic area freely with the room card many times. The shuttle bus is also very convenient. The bed is very comfortable. The lady at the front desk also helped me buy eye drops that I accidentally lost during the trip, which really solved the urgent need. It is also very quiet at night, so you can rest assured

Bring a 3-year-old baby to play. The hotel provided good service from the day before check-in to check-out. The housekeeper replied to WeChat in seconds. There are two rooms on the 5th floor for our two families out of a total of six floors. The view is very good. The third picture is a direct shot of the outside scenery from the hotel room. The hotel has alpacas, peacocks, swimming pools (and shallow pools) and ocean ball toys, etc., which are especially suitable for children. Advantages: The service is particularly good, there are many recreational facilities, the scenery is good, and there are many local restaurants nearby. Disadvantages: The hotel is located relatively close to the inside. Every time you go out, you need to take the hotel battery car to the dock parking lot one kilometer away and then take a taxi. There are many stairs in the room, so you need to pay more attention to your feet.

Facilities: Quite new, but not very reasonable. For example, the air conditioner blows directly to the bedside. It doesn't work when it is turned on in sleep mode or anti-direct blowing. I wake up with a headache in the morning. Hygiene: It is quite clean and in line with the price. Environment: It is very convenient in the scenic area. There is a shuttle bus back and forth, which is very fast.
