床上用品不是一人一用一更換，還能看到別人留下的頭髮，叫服務更換還不樂意，説是洗了後頭發粘在上面沒洗掉。最後她看我們堅持就衹幫忙換了床單，被套沒換，真是讓人太不放心了！

本來是校友企業，應該多支持，但是真的太差了，房間裏角角落落都收拾的不乾淨，浴室玻璃幾乎沒收拾，房間和走廊充斥着煙味，前台很懶散。價格還不便宜，桂林賓館都沒它貴，進了房間之後我都沒住，也懶得和他們爭辯，直接走人了

不算體驗好的酒店。平時我經常出差，三百多的商務酒店環境還不錯啦，但這家不僅不含早餐，而且服務衞生都一般，設施也老舊，不會再住，沒有照片

房間有煙味兒，服務態度一般，想多拿瓶水就要加錢，放在服務業非常卷的南方很少見的，住過桂林其他酒店都沒有這些問題，可能是因為太“老牌”了
