酒店服務很熱情，提前聯繫詢問是否入住和開車，有自己停車場。房間很寬敞，產品舒適，全屋智能，乾濕分離。冰箱裏有免費冰鎮飲料，知道我們喝茶還提供了大桶礦泉水。酒店九層是花園餐廳，早餐就餐地方，還有一個游泳池拍照很好看。早餐豐富，服務也很好。從酒店去雙塔地標很方便，去象山公園也不遠。對面是桂林百貨大樓，周邊餐廳很多。酒店管家24小時在線服務，幫忙提供旅遊指導和服務指南。退房還贈送小禮物。很温馨的一家酒店。
