Guilin Hotels with Airport pickup service

I am fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is superb. It is next to food street and closed to tourist attractions. Room is clean with no smoking smell. Have laundry room including dryer that is free of charge. Staff gave us free breakfast buffet (probably because I was traveling with a disabled mom), which tastes great. There is a tourist counter at lobby where I bought my cruise trip to YangShuo. Price is reasonable. We receive free gift (key chain and towels) upon our check out. The only con is that their lobby is at lower level with stairs, which is not convenient for my mom who is on wheelchair to get to their lobby.

Pros : Clean and Comfortable staying environment with heated bidet toilet seats and complimentary pantry. Attentive ”butlers” @ your service where there are issues or questions. Value for money given the space and proximity to the attractions. Cons: wifi bandwidth inadequate during evenings. Can't even use xiao du to play a complete song. If u r looking for the views, this isnt for you. It's a short distance away. The beautiful views of the hills can only be seen in the restaurant/pool area.

I really loved Zen Tea House! The location of the hotel was nice, there were a lot of shops around. The service was good, the cooperation with the coffee shop is great! The service was lovely, I got a free upgrade! Most of all though I really loved the room! It was spacious and the view on the river was amazing! The bath tub was amazing to relax it. I'd come back anytime I'm back in Guilin!

Hotel is near most tourist-attraction area, All places is in walkable distance There are many restaurants, also night market nearby The room is so spacy and comfy The View is the best of all but the outside window is quite dirty, it would be perfect if i can see twin pagoda from perfect clean window room

It was my first time to come to Guilin and I saw this hotel on Ctrip. It felt good when I came here. The hotel lobby is very grand, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the stay is very comfortable. And the location is also good, close to the free Elephant Trunk Mountain Scenic Area, more than 10 minutes' walk, there are many places to eat along the way, and there are also Guilin specialty stores. Nice stay experience.

The hotel is extremely clean and has all the smart utilities in their rooms. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and the roof top viewing deck is perfectly situated to view the sunset. Staff are all very friendly and all the drinks, snacks and even clothes washing service is completely free which makes this a perfect final stop before your flight or train back home. The only downside is the breakfast service, theres plenty of food, but unfortunately it is not adequately staffed, so there were times where guests had to ask staff to clear the tables and situations where coffee and coffee cups ran out and guests had to get the staff to attend to. Other than this small improvement area i would say this was a excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Each floor has ample water supplies, and complimentary drinks and fruits are available at the front desk. Thoughtfully, a welcome package is provided for children. The restaurant offers a well-balanced breakfast and high-quality meals throughout the day. Above all, the staff ensures your comfort at every moment, attending to your needs with remarkable attention and care. We had an outstanding stay and highly recommend this hotel. The dedication of the staff to provide exceptional service and support is commendable, making this experience one of the best in hospitality.

We stayed for two nights from October 28 to 29 before heading to Yangshuo for another two nights. Originally, we had booked a different hotel for a three-night stay upon our return from Yangshuo. However, after our memorable experience during our first two nights in Guilin and the outstanding service we received, we decided to cancel our initial booking and rebook the Holiday Inn for an additional three nights. We have no regrets at all! . Location: The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right at the tip of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. We were surrounded by a fantastic array of shops, including food options, souvenirs, clothing stores, and even a McDonald's. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including popular tourist attractions. While most shops close around 11:30 PM, we found the noise levels at night to be minimal and manageable. Breakfast Spread: The breakfast offered a delightful surprise with their mifen, a local rice noodle dish that my parents enjoyed every day of our stay. The other breakfast options were standard but satisfactory, leaving us with no complaints. Cleanliness: As expected from a Holiday Inn, the cleanliness was top-notch. The bathrooms were spotless, with no signs of mold or issues in the shower. Service: The service was exceptional. Miranda truly stood out, making our stay memorable with her outstanding customer service. Our positive experience began even before our arrival in China when we contacted the hotel to arrange an airport transfer. Miranda's ability to communicate in basic English was a tremendous help, given our limited Mandarin skills. The rest of the staff were equally impressive, and the daily cleaning ladies were friendly and accommodating. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and exceptional service!

Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.
