We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel contacted us before arrival, which made check-in very smooth, and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful city view. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and replenished fresh toiletries. The location is excellent—close to the city center, shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of local food stalls. The front desk lady was especially kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended!

It's absolutely fantastic to stay at Sofitel hotel Guiyang.It is near to Guiyang Jiaxiu pavillion and walking distance to the metro. Hotel checking in is fast and clear, they got us dinner sorted and reception booked transport for us for the next day no problem. Checking out is fast and easy, Lisa and Jason were especially nice and friendly and they got us some Guiyang special souvenirs. The room is cozy, bed is comfortable, the room is sound proof, and we loved the great view, amazing horizon across the city of Guiyang. The amenety of the hotel are okay, lovely restaurant, swimming pool, lifts are a little confusing as reception is on 55 and the rooms need a different lift to access, but there is always someone around to help if you are lost. Coffee machine and cups were at a low level in a room without carpets, so be aware of it ,they're easy to knock over and shatter. Dinner and breakfast are delicious, wide range of food suitable for any type of diet. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves to travel and explore Guiyang.

Opting for a luxury high-floor room with a view allows for direct, panoramic views of the city from Grand Cross Square. The hotel maintains strict internal management, preventing unauthorized personnel from entering freely. Food deliveries are handled by robots directly to guest rooms, ensuring good safety and privacy for residents. ## Dining Experience The breakfast consistently offers good quality and a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local flavors. This caters to diverse diner preferences, providing ample choice. ## Service and Rooms The overall service is excellent, and daily room cleaning procedures are well-maintained. The rooms are equipped with comprehensive hardware facilities, ensuring a consistent and comfortable living experience. ## Drawbacks Being in a vibrant city center, walking to the nearest metro station takes approximately 8-10 minutes, which isn't particularly close for subway commuters. The main road downstairs is a traffic-congested area, with heavy traffic during peak hours, making it easy to encounter jams when driving in or out, thus presenting a slight inconvenience in terms of transportation. Occasionally, noisy motorcycles can be heard at night, which might cause some disturbance.

This hotel is located right inside the airport terminal. You take the elevator to the third floor, walk a few steps, and you're at the check-in counter – truly the best companion for early morning flights! The hygiene and environment are great, and the room is spacious with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Surprisingly, there was no noise from planes taking off or landing at night; it was completely quiet. Of course, the price is higher than hotels outside, but you get what you pay for.

This hotel is really great and new. Its main advantage is its proximity to Qingyun Market, which is within walking distance. We booked the Kempinski for our outbound trip and this hotel for our return. I really love the decor style here. The hotel restaurant even has small animals you can feed, making it a very family-friendly hotel! The second floor offers direct access to the snack street and a shopping mall, making dining very convenient!

My phone broke in Guiyang Qianling Park, so I couldn't transfer my photos. This Atour hotel at Guiyang Twin Towers was great in terms of location and rooms. The only minor drawback was during check-in. We arrived a bit early, so we understood when they said the room wasn't ready. We left our luggage and went out. When we returned in the afternoon to get our room key, they told us the room was clean but needed another 10 minutes for inspection. They asked us to wait in the lounge and said they'd let us know when it was done. However, that '10 minutes' turned into a much longer wait, and I eventually had to go ask myself, only for them to apologize and say it was ready. The efficiency could definitely be improved.

The lobby staff were very accommodating and arranged a satisfactory room based on my needs, even providing complimentary fruit. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The surrounding area is lively and bustling, perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
