Hotel is not apartment anymore. Was made very difficult because we were with a baby. Don't count on washing clothes machines are always full

Similarly to other reviews, the staff were kind and tried their best. The first room was in the basement, not at all what is shown in the images online. It was dark and not at all inviting or hospitable. We stayed in an alternate room, street level the first night while waiting for another room. The second night we were moved to another room, similar to the one as seen on *******. This room had a broken sofa, the staff were aware, as well as a broken coffee machine. The coffee machine was replaced with another broken and leaking machine. After wasting a sleeve of coffee we gave up. The location is as expected. I would not return and I advise any future guests to expect similar experiences.
