前台的工作人員很好很有禮貌，酒店沒有電梯，工作人員會主動幫忙把行李拿上去，房間不大但整體整潔乾淨。

酒店位置很好，交通很方便，離高鐵站超級近，幾分鐘路程，酒店環境不錯，房間設施挺好的，電視還可以投屏，酒店一樓還有洗衣烘乾設備，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟，前台小秦服務特別好，會主動幫忙拿行李，員工們都主動打招呼，整體體驗很不錯。

應該是海口東站性價比最高的連鎖酒店的吧，房間是海友最新的設計，住得非常舒服，離海口東站特別近，也就步行五分鐘的距離。前台的服務特別好，需要什麼有求必應。
