The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

Amazing hotel ! ❤️ excellent service , wonderful people, beautiful territory with volcanic hot springs and swimming pools. Thank you Beth , a young lady on the reception for helping us to handle all issues and requests during our stay. We also discovered a nice souvenir on the table , what a lovely touch for a good memory. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friend and family members, in love. My mom loves it so much too, thank you.

This hotel was a good find. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The beach is the best thing it has, clean, wild, empty. Bring your own chairs because it is as empty as we show on the pics. The pools are clean and huge, lot’s of space for all guests. Beautiful gardens to walk around. The only issue was food: breakfast was really good with a ton of options for Chinese and western. However, after breakfast you will fin a Chinese restaurant call China Spice with only Chinese food and a bit pricey, the room service menu which was ridiculously overpriced or the food at the bar, which was not great. We ordered Quesadillas that had no cheese, and who knows what was inside, look at the pic of the guacamole. The pizza margarita is your best option there. The piña coladas were a good option. We gave it 4 diamonds because of the food options, you can order delivery through the Apps though, there is nothing around walking distance.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the public area is very beautiful, and the TV is too dim for energy saving. Hygiene: The public area is very clean and the guest rooms are also very clean. Environment: The environment is beautiful and comfortable. Service: The response of the food delivery service is a bit slow, and there should be no standard training process for the food delivery staff. There is room for improvement. There is no butler service when checking in. The service awareness is weak. The breakfast restaurant staff is not enthusiastic enough. There is no guidance to sit down, no inquiry about coffee and tea, and no introduction to the dining area service. The dirty dishes are collected very slowly. Only the tables that have finished the meal are cleaned up, and the dirty dishes of the dining guests are not cleaned up. The service awareness and training need to be improved.

The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The flight was delayed until the early morning. We booked a family suite. The hotel turned on the air conditioner in advance, provided mosquito repellent, and turned on the air purifier. The overall environment was very good and cost-effective. The weather was very hot, and the front desk reminded us and gave us many bottles of ice water. There are not many small animals in the zoo, but it is nice to take a walk.

I liked it as soon as I entered the lobby. The room was warm and the lighting was not too glaring. It was clean and hygienic. The scenery opposite the hotel was also good. It was very close to the airport. There was also a university night market nearby. There were young handsome men and beautiful women. After playing and shopping for a day, the beautiful women and handsome men at the hotel front desk were warm and friendly. They checked in very quickly and answered all our questions. We took a hot shower and washed and dried our clothes in the laundry room on the second floor. Dinner was directly on the first floor. It tasted delicious. It was the first full meal for the children today. I had a good sleep and had a full breakfast on the first floor the next morning. It was super comfortable. The children didn't want to leave. They said they would stay here again next time. The hotel staff were warm and thoughtful, treating guests like family. They also sent us to the airport when we left the hotel. Thank you! I will recommend it to my family and friends and look forward to coming again next time.

It's not too far from the airport. The rooms are oversized and well-equipped. Although the decoration style is a bit outdated, it can fully meet the accommodation needs. Recommended. There are many food stalls around, and there is Greenland Cinema in about ten minutes' walk. I also took the time to watch Zhang Yimou's Article 20 that night, which was an unexpected surprise. My only regret was that I got off the bus at T2 when sending me to the airport the next day, but the departure flight was at T1, which delayed me for a while. But the responsibility lies with your own negligence.

The second bedroom we sleep in is a thin layer of cotton inside. The pain of sleeping affects the mood. It is recommended to check in and discuss with the landlord. He has many listings to choose from. Secondly, it takes about ten minutes to walk. There is a square where there is a place to eat. There is also a 10,000-person seafood market. It is not recommended to eat. It is a bit expensive. We rented a car and drove to the city. It was not far away. There was no shared bicycle at the door. There were some food downstairs in the community. Chongqing grilled fish was OK.
