I went to Cat Ba Island with my family. This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I don't know if it discriminates against Chinese people or what. They greeted Europeans with smiles, but turned their disdain on Chinese people. The pillows were yellow when we entered the room, and there were hairs on the sheets. The service was also very poor. We obviously didn't go to the rooftop bar to spend money, but when we checked out, they said we had spent money and needed to pay, but it turned out that we didn't spend money at all. There were 11 of us in our group, and I could speak a little English, but nothing else. In this case, some of them just paid the bill and left. I really think it was intentional. We are Chinese, and Cat Ba Island is also very beautiful. It suffered a typhoon disaster, and our travel is considered to support the local economy. Why is it like this?

Good hotel with views of the bay and mountains at the same time, large room with good air conditioning and window, safe, bathrobe, average cleanliness, there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in, good buffet breakfast and varied, large dining room and pool on the terrace…..

The hospitality here was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location was unbeatable, close to all the main attractions. They even managed our luggage, delivering it straight to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was another highlight — especially the Pho, which was absolutely delicious. This place is definitely worth considering for your next vacation!

Fantastic hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from the beach. The swimming pool was excellent, especially for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and well kept. Good location with a sky bar and a great view of the sunset. Hotel staff were excellent especially Elvis, what a guy, can make any cocktail under the sun and also a top coffee after breakfast, very knowledgeable of the aera and was happy to help with any questions we asked. Seeing him each time we came back to hotel with a smile on his face and asked about our day, he made our stay that much better . Highly recommended this hotel
