The food is fresh and delicious, with many styles and small portions, and is enough for every meal. The lady who manages the restaurant is very nice and proactive in helping. My mother wanted to travel to Hakone, so she found this place. It was good value for money, and breakfast and dinner were provided. Most importantly, the staff were all friendly and there was a hot spring, so it was great. My whole family said they wanted to stay at this place again next time.
