The toilet seat was broken and could not be used. The shower tray was also broken and could not be used.
I paid 100,000 yen per night for that kind of facility and would like a refund.

It was a quiet place and there were a lot of foreigners. Maybe that's why there were a lot of foreigners working there and they spoke English well. Location-wise, it wasn't that great... The air was good, but there wasn't much to see around.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The hotel provides free bus transfers, making it very convenient for changing lines in Hakone.

I went there on a family trip. The service was very polite and nice. I had breakfast and dinner there, and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. I wasn't aiming for that, but the fireworks were amazing. I'll definitely stay here again!
