One of the worst hotels i've ever slept me and my team had lot of problems Food were rotton GOD SAKES the people who ate the dhal curry🤮.Service was awful the manger is a Very unfriendly and very annoying person.The bar is directly located in the Reception .it is Very uncomfortable to sleep in the rooms too A/C is Fixed to a certain temperature to save elelectricity. Like 21 degrees. Bathrooms had limited water supply worst hotel i've ever stayed not recommended 🤮🤮

Very nice hotel and amazing people here! Many birds and animals around, especially in the morning. It's really nice place for people who love birdwatching, nature and want to stay in a friendly atmosphere. The owner is very kind, he really takes care about every guest, thanks for this very much. Rooms are simple and cute, this hotel don't use disposable items, because they take care about the nature, it is one more reason to come back! ❤️

Would have to rate Bundala Park Hotel very highly, I really enjoyed my stay. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3. Mr Pem was a wonderful host who insisted on driving me himself in personal car along the park bounday in search of wildlife (at no additional cost). I came for the birdlife so the fantastic location near park entrance was thr priority but the very affordable rates, comfortable rooms and great coffee a bonus. I also had Pem arrange safaris to both Bundala & Yala national parks. Personally I think Bundala a far more relaxed and interesting - the birding was brilliant and my driver and guide did a great job. Overall a very positive experience, I hope to return.

Food is awesome and their hospitality is excellent. Rooms are very clean and surrounding was peaceful too. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Love to visit again. Im glad I picked this hotel even with a short notice when we were looking for a hotel they somehow booked us rooms and it was a great help that I will never forget. Thank You very much !!

Very quiet and comfortable hotel in beautiful peaceful place. We came too late at 11pm and stayed just one night but we got very good service. This hotel with amazing view of the Bundala national park. We really like this place. Thanks owner for everything 😌

We booked two safaris, Bundala and Yale Nationalpark, including one night with breakfast at Hotel Bundala. All for the same price as the bigger safari tour-companies charges for one trip to Yale from Tissa, which is further away and way more busy than Bundala. From the roof of the hotel you can watch the elephants if you’re lucky. Would defiantly stay there again, the owner Pem, is super friendly and will help with everything. Not many restaurants near, but there’s a kitchen at the hotel and two small shops on the other side of the road.
