Great location. Easy to get around and get back to the place at night. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the shared rooms, people coming back late at night, the doors close quite loudly. My only complaint is that I received a keycard to the wrong room and walked right into a private suite.. Nobody was there thankfully and I just walked right out, but if I were staying in a private room I would hate to think that strangers could just walk into my room where all my belongings are lying around. Otherwise clean and quite a cool environment.

Ideal für die Anreise mit der Bahn, einmal an Planten und Bloomen vorbei und man steht vor dem Hotel. Durch das vorab einchecken ging das Einchecken im Hotel sehr schnell. Es gab noch die Fahrkarten für den Personennahverkehr für die Dauer des Hotelaufenthaltes. Unser Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte den Blick auf Planten und Bloomen und die Alster, perfekt. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher für die Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit verschiedenen Brötchen, 2 Sorten Brot, Kuchenvariation, 4 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Camenbert, Frischkäse und verschiedene Salate, S*****en, Salami, Kochs*****en, Leberwurst, warme Würstchen, mehrere Sorten Joghurt und Quark, Eier, Obstsalat und Säfte und eine Spezialitäten Kaffeemaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zum nutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, mit der Karte kann man auch die Hafenfähren nutzen.

The beautiful, large lobby, which reflects the long history of the hotel is hugely impressive whilst the rooms are stylishly modern. My room had plenty of room for storage (often lacking in many hotels), a very comfortable double bed and an immaculate, well designed large bathroom. Breakfast offerings were exceptional and it was good (and rare) to be able to have items cooked to order. The lobby cafe/bar was pleasant but service was disappointingly slow. Although these are difficult times due to the pandemic, it was a great shame that the restaurant and bar were both closed. Given that most other hospitality premises had reopened in Hamburg, I found it odd that the hotel had not been able to open them and had not publicised that fact more openly on their website.

We booked this hotel via Amoma. Com as it stated that this hotel had large family rooms, pets were welcome and that the rooms had air-conditioning. All not true. We were asked to pay an additional 30 euros for our third child. We had also booked a quiet room but faced the very noisy street. The room was extraordinaryly hot and staff did not provide us with a fan. The room was small but reasonably clean. No tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was ok but hairdryer did not work. Interiors quite tired. The biggest problem with this hotel is the location. It is the local druggie hang out. We saw people using drugs in the street right outside the hotel and it was clear that this is not a safe area. The riot police attended several incidents during our stay and made several arrests. **********s operate in this area too. We would not recommend to stay here and it certainly was not even good value for money.

Top notch employees. So friendly, so service - oriented, so authentic! I don't want to speak about the hardware: It's new and spotless and the quality of the breakfast for a three star chain is much better than you would expect. But extraordinary are the employees I met today. Front office is super friendly and efficient. Can't remember their names but took a pic of them. They are the right persons at the right place. They walk the extra mile. When it comes to the breakfast area I encountered their team leader Maeretha. She is one of a kind. Extremely enthusiastic with a winning personality she could excel in any field. She is very happy with her job and fulfills her role in an exceptional way. If I would be her father I would send her studying at a Swiss hotel school to become the CEO of Hilton Germany 🇩🇪! It was a pleasure to meet her.

Super Hotel in great location! Perfect for a weekend on the Reeperbahn The hotel is located directly in the heart of St. Paulis and is therefore best suited for all wet joyful businesses ;) The room was very clean and renovated, although also air conditioning for the The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and made with much love by the staff. Generally, the staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and premature and very helpful. OK - it's still the furniture I knew from the time when it was the Forum Hotel. And that's very long ago. But in autumn the renovation is supposed to go. The reception was very friendly. It's been really fun. I have a beautiful room with beautiful views of the city. Unfortunately, very much is built so that you may not be able to look at the elbe at all next time. Unfortunately. This time there was even a process that was close. Until the water pressure (15th floor) the shower was all right. But this is natural and there was no standard. I was surprised at breakfast. Besides the friendly staff, which quickly cleaned, the offer was very versatile. I asked: the fricadels tasted as they did (burned apple pieces) and not for convenience. But you didn't want to make yourself with foreign pearls and thought it was convenience. But it was all very good. I will put the hotel more in my focus once I'm back in Hamburg.

The check-in service went without problems and quickly we received our room.
The staff is premature and friendly.
The room was also clean. And also offers enough room for clothes.
The bathroom is small, but it is enough for shower and tooth cleaning.
We would have booked breakfast if we didn't have to leave so early.
For a weekend trip, this hotel is recommended.

We stayed here for 5 days for a family visit. The hotel surprised us in a good way. Everything was clean efficient and pleasant. The location was also ideal for us (5min to the subway/tube station). Modern building, nice breakfast buffets - nice bathroom, and quiet room. Couldn't ask for more. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. I think it also presented good value for money.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hyperion Hamburg for one night during our roadtrip through Europe. Arriving by car is very convenient, since the hotel is located close to a major road and offers garage parking with direct access to the hotel. Also, the location is great for sightseeing, as most of the city center is reachable by foot. We got a nice big corner room on one of the upper floors, with great views, comfortable beds, and lots of space for the 3 of us (2 adults and one child). The breakfast was very good, with many different options.

GGuest UserThe room comes with 1 queen size sofa bed and a toilet once you open the room door. Then there is a sliding door. Once you open the sliding door you will see a king size bed and a shower room with bath tub and toilet.
There are 2 TVs, 4 pairs of room slippers.
Room size is comfortable for 4 adults.
At lobby the hotel provide welcome drinks and cookies. Also packet juice and morning coffee.
The hotel is opposite the terminal 1 main entrance. Has to walk cross the road and it was snowing when we were there, very cold.

GGuest UserDuring our three-night stay at the hotel, we had a generally positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, but unfortunately, during check-out, we encountered a long queue, and the staff appeared overwhelmed. Despite this, our room was clean and comfortable, although we did encounter a minor issue with a broken TV remote. Moreover, we noticed that the gel/shampoo container in the shower was empty. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel's location was particularly advantageous, situated only a five-minute walk away from the Berliner Tor station. Additionally, we were impressed by the excellent quality of the breakfast provided. Overall, while we encountered some minor issues, our stay was generally comfortable and enjoyable.

GGuest UserFrom outside the hotel makes surely a super impression and the location at the Alster is also top, unfortunately it was also with the positive. As in some reviews, the hotel is now ”in the years” and the Corona time has certainly backed up this and the investments have been completely stopped. The rooms are unfortunately everything other than clean, the tape floor old and dirty, the bathroom is not cleaned, shower is calcified etc. As a direct notice at the reception, the rooms are currently ”for Corona” not cleaned... which of course makes much sense because you should probably clean more and disinfect more at the moment. If I want a cleaning, fresh towels etc. I have to register this extra. Unfortunately my room was not even before my arrival cleaned. Although fresh new bed linen were available, but since there were still old towels in the waste board, they were not even empty, which is a complete no-go for me ... Breakfast was okay, But nothing special and after 3 days you had the same three times because there was no change. Reception was sporadically occupied when the staff were not smoking at the moment. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi in the hotel, which is a bad thing as you are almost all in the building No mobile reception (both with my private and service phone, which are two different networks). Price-performance is definitely not proportional here, as it is not even a cheap hotel. It will not stay here in the future.

JJade DRight in the middle of the Reeperbahn, near KFC, very rowdy but this is a safe hotel that accommodates tourists. We loved the convenience of being able to explore St Pauli and also get a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night as the taxi rank is just downstairs.
Smelt of smoke in our room, but it was still clean and well-prepared. Looks like the photos, but no elevator till the 1st floor.
This was the view from our room, we were street facing but slept well, the hotel is well insulated from noise.

GGuest UserElevator still doesn’t work if anyone is wondering. We liked the place itself. Apartment was pretty basic but clean. Nothing much about the place itself to say or complain about. The location is another story. It’s close to the Hauptbahnhof (central station) where a lot of unfortunate down and out people hang around. As we were walking to the hotel at around nine pm someone with drug and/or psychiatric problems approached us and followed us to the door, talking in German the whole time. In the doorway two guys were sitting and offered us drugs but they were very polite and chill about it. All in all, an alright place, but maybe great for families (which isn’t the hotel’s fault).

I had a room in the 5.Etage - the driving chair runs from 1 to 4.Etage, the steps to 1 are difficult to handle for walking disabled, and that to 5.Etage also - but I needed a room (it was after 21:00). The door to the room was hard to open, the room makes a bad impression, only the clean bed moved me to stay. In view of the stairs in the house I stayed in ”Room” No 51 ! The floor cover was very flawful, the electrical lines were very defectly shifted, the washing basin directly in the room, the television went not - probably the dirty remote control; a guide was not found for the device! Shower in the hall - toilet as well! THE HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMEND !!!
