Very convenient for U-bahn service into Hamburg city centre and attractions. Lidl supermarket just round the corner for food and drink supplies. Hotel is fine, good value for the price. Friendly andvhelpful staff. One strange thing is they provide a kettle in the room, but only provide coffee, tea and creamer for the first night. In every other hotel we have stayed in, the cleaning staff top up the supplies each day. Reception confirmed the policy for this hotel is first night only. Bizarre!

Außergewöhnlich war das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das hatten wir so bislang selten erlebt. Unangenehm war dagegen die benachbarte Autowaschanlage. Es gibt tatsächlich Menschen, die am Feiertag morgens um halb 8 Uhr ihr Auto waschen müssen. Und Fußmatten ausklopfen! Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat, musste man das Fenster gekippt lassen. Auch wenn wir kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hatte, war morgens nicht an Ausschlafen zu denken.

Hôtel bien situé ! Il y a un super beau parc juste en face ce qui donne une sensation de nature silvestre et agreable . Probablement qu’il faudrait que on équipe de maintenance devrait être un peu plus éveillé sur les quelques petits détailles qui font la différences .

Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und die Zimmerfenster gehen auf einen balkonartigen Flur, der offen zum Innenhof ist. Da laufen alle anderen Gäste an dem Fenster vorbei. Nachts kann das Fenster nicht offen gelassen bleiben, da jeder hereinklettern könnte. Die Temperaturen während unserer Buchung lagen Außen zwischen 28 und 30 Grad. Im Zimmer waren es sicherlich noch mehr. Gute Nacht. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen, die Bar ebenso. Zum Essen wurde uns ein Lokal in 500 M Entfernung empfohlen. Soweit Thema Gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Zimmer sind ansprechend und sauber. Das Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen an ein 3-Sterne Haus. Freundliches Personal. Ein Plus ist sicherlich die verkehrsgünstige Lage. Vom Hotel zu den Landungsbrücken mit U- und S-Bahn in 15 Minuten

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Service und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Für meine diestlichen Aufenthalte in Hamburg nutze ich das Hotel sehr gerne.
