優點：地理位置優越，距離高鐵站步行20分鐘到達，客運站10分鐘到達。雙床房型寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，淋浴及馬桶即開即熱，配有洗浴拖鞋及一盆綠蘿？早餐7點開始營業，種類齊全，對於趕早班車吃飽夠用。樓下配有便利店，滿足日常所需。
缺點：
1.冰箱很像個玩具，衹能放三瓶小瓶百歲山，別想着冷藏吃的，估計放個大點的桃子都關不上門。
2.雲管家語音有點弱，衹能執行開電視，開空調的操作，開窗簾、調空調温度那不可能。
3.餐廳位於4層，和隔壁酒店應該是共用的，所以就會搞混電梯位置（兩側電梯對應刷各自酒店房卡），沒有酒店電梯位置提醒，導致我刷了卡到不了樓層，但是爬樓梯能上去，你説安全咋保障？
4.高鐵站接送服務保障不了就別保障了，我一早趕8點的景區直通車，前一晚特意諮詢酒店説5分鐘車程就能送到，我就當晚約了第二天7點40的送站，結果因為早上做錯電梯（缺點3），我下樓退房是7點43，工作人員説現在沒車，讓我等，我説我等不了要趕車，對方讓我自己打車，對方在無法送站的情況下也不提前給我打電話確認，我在手忙腳亂的情況下叫了車，還好沒有耽誤時間。
酒店設施什麼的都挺好的，有些地方明明能做的更好，卻讓人敗好感，希望能及時調整一下。
另外，高鐵站週六日早8點會發車去響堂山，上車位置在高鐵站南公交站，但是我跟酒店預訂送站位置的時候，工作人員兩度都以為是邊上的客運站，希望酒店能掌握這個訊息，為邯鄲文旅添把力！
