I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests.
