A very pleasant stay. The location is a huge plus, being very close to the scenic spots and convenient for getting everywhere. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The room was clean and tidy, and all facilities worked perfectly. Overall, it was an excellent choice with no disappointments, highly recommended for tourists coming to visit!

Taking advantage of the holiday, I brought my parents and child to Hangzhou and stayed at the InterContinental Hangzhou for two nights. The overall experience was very comfortable. The hotel's facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious, so it didn't feel cramped for the whole family. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, and my family all gave positive feedback. The location is excellent, very close to the subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. The beautiful butler, Gina, provided warm and attentive service, responding quickly to our needs with thoughtful care. Regarding the buffet breakfast: Objectively speaking, the selection of dishes wasn't particularly abundant, but it was certainly enough to fill up. The bread and dessert section offered a rich variety and tasted very good; however, the Chinese food options were more conventional and somewhat limited. Considering the location, room environment, and service, I am very satisfied. I would choose the InterContinental Hangzhou again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

Convenient location to eating, visiting. 50m away from mtr, great breakfast, love the wonton the most i had it in each brekky. Good service from reception desk, if you have the free wifi issue, go to them to fix. Only 2 washing machines and dryers in this hotel.

The hotel facilities are excellent and very comprehensive. Besides the basic amenities, they also provide laundry detergent, eye masks, and earplugs – everything you might need during your trip, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is rich and varied, with no repetition. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic, the bedding is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure, perfect for unwinding. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Plus, it's very close to the subway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had no strange odors, and the hot water came on very quickly. The front desk attendant checked me in within minutes. The hallway was quiet and not noisy at all. The location was easy to find, and it was convenient to go out for meals and shopping. Downstairs, there were various convenience stores and small restaurants, so the amenities were complete. There were also enough power outlets for charging. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Traveling with my parents, staying at this hotel was a truly delightful and heartwarming experience for us. Because I was traveling with my parents, I paid special attention to the hotel's service, the staff's attitude, and whether my parents would feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. This experience far exceeded my expectations. From check-in, we could feel that the hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help guests. Throughout the process, it never felt like they were just ”doing their job”; instead, they actively paid attention to our needs, patiently answered questions, and thoughtfully considered that we were traveling with elderly parents. Such service truly made us feel at ease. I particularly want to express my gratitude to the hotel's front desk staff. The front desk left a very deep impression on us. Not only were they extremely kind, but they also handled things very carefully and patiently. Whether we were inquiring about hotel information or issues we encountered during our trip, the front desk staff would listen attentively to us and then proactively help us resolve them. They offered help proactively. For those traveling with parents, these details are truly important. Sometimes, what makes a hotel memorable is not how luxurious the rooms are, but the genuine warmth and help you receive from the staff when you need it. This stay truly made me feel that. The overall atmosphere of the hotel also made us feel very comfortable, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was very pleasant. Especially the smiles on the staff's faces, their patient attitude, and their attentiveness to guests added an extra layer of reassurance and beautiful memories to this trip. Many thanks to all the hotel staff, and special thanks to the front desk team for their warm reception and assistance. This trip was with my parents, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. If I travel here again, I would still be very willing to choose this hotel. 1. The lobby is quite small, and the entrance is also tiny, giving it a minimalist feel similar to a Hanting Hotel. 2. The rooms are cramped. We booked a city view room and a suite, and the city view room was particularly small. 3. The restaurant is small. Breakfast is a set meal per person (1 main dish, 3 side dishes) along with self-service fruits, yogurt, and small pastries (which feels like a cost-cutting measure). If you want more of the main dish, you have to order and pay extra. 4. Regarding the suite, I booked it with high expectations, but was quite disappointed. The outdoor tables and chairs were covered due to the rain (can't blame the hotel, just bad luck on our part), and the terrace area wasn't as large as depicted in the promotional images. The hotel explained that each suite type has a different layout, and you get whatever is assigned. I saw a square bathtub in the suite's promotional pictures, but our room had a standard bathtub. Also, the promotional images showed a bathtub with a window on one side, but in reality, our bathtub was placed further inside, next to the shower. So, if you're planning to book a suite, you might want to inquire with the hotel beforehand. The suite did have a living room, and an induction cooktop and a water dispenser on the island counter. The shower in the room made a loud noise, suggesting an issue with the drainage system. 5. Service was a mixed bag: They called beforehand to ask about our check-in time and room preferences, and mentioned they would prepare something for our anniversary. We got towel swans on the bed and a very, very, very mini cake. However, after checking in around 1 PM, we called to request a bucket of ice and toiletries for the children. By almost 6 PM, they still hadn't arrived. Finally, we mentioned it to the staff who came to deliver fruits, and only then did someone come to ask us what we needed. 6. The hotel is located in Hangzhou Kerry Centre, but the Kerry Centre itself isn't open yet, so there aren't many walkable dining options nearby. If you order takeout, you have to go down to the first floor to pick it up yourself. 7. The restaurant, being new, didn't have much to offer, and the afternoon tea was quite simple. 8. The pool is small but lovely when the sun is out.

The room design is very good. Many small details are very intimate. The bathroom in the room is also equipped with music setting. This is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The only downside is that the formaldehyde smell in some rooms is still obvious. The hygiene on the inside of the toilet is not very good, but I told them that they are people. The staff is equipped and the new opening is not very complete, but the young lady and aunt at the front desk are very good and very serious. Take us to see the room. There is a problem and it is very fast. Hangzhou is really good. I will come next time.

The room is nice, spacious and music fill the room when I first entered into it. They have music that is really soothing and ofc can be turned off. But the bed and pillow is not to my liking, even though they have good curtain to block the sunlight. Laundry facilities in this hotel, personally I will not use and not even want to take a photo of it as unexpected from a good hotel. The breakfast is real good but to my dismay I found that one of the item is cooked with the plastic wrap remains (see the photo). I do not know if it is their local way of cooking the crab stick. There are high steps to the shower and toilet and thus not advisable for elderly even though the shower area have a spa feel when one take shower. The location is not as ideal as mentions but the local taxi service platform is very convenient, thus not of a worry.

we stayed for 2 days and it was one of the most memorable stays ever!! the staffs were so friendly, i needed plaster for my scraped toe, they gave me extras and that i was welcomed to get more from them if needed. there’s a 7E nearby as well. the staffs ensured that we are well taken care of, gave us extra bottle of watwr after we checked out. the room was amazing as well, clean, however at times there were unpleasant smells coming from the toilet drain but it was not super bad. they even have nightly porridge supper session it was amazing 🤍 would love to stay at their other chains as well.
