Hotels near Nansong Museum in Hangzhou

The price is cheap, the environment is good, and the location is good. It's near Hu Xueyan, and it's on a lively ancient street. But the main thing I recommend is their service. The store manager and the little sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Ask them many things, and they will try their best to help. I will also work hard to recommend them to others.

We stayed at Hefang Hotel for 2 nights in the Cozy Room and besides the fact everything went smoothly, the hotel is, in fact, low quality. - Room: Bad. The room is quite small, needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning. There is a window but it does not open properly. The mold smell is very strong and you can feel the humidity as soon as you enter. The walls, mirrors, floor and the room in general has not been cleaned properly for a long time. So it really looks like a cheap and dirty place, which makes it not comfortable at all (you can’t see that on the pictures from the hotel). We even asked at the reception if they could change us to a different room, in an upper floor, but they said there wasn’t any available. - Breakfast: Reasonable, but not great. There is dumplings, noodles, sweet potatoes, eggs, sausage, some cakes and one type of fruit. No drinking options at all (I mean, no coffee, tea, milk, juice, water, etc.! We asked) Also, the breakfast time is from 7h00 - 9h30 but they don’t replace the food so if you arrive around 9h probably you won’t find much (we asked for more fruit and they said that they didn’t have it). Tables and chairs were not clean. Amenities: Good. Nice common area on the 1st floor where you can hangout and have your own meals. Location: Great! Near the most famous street where you can find some tradicional shops and a lot of restaurants. If you plan to stay in this hotel we suggest you to make sure your room is on the 2nd floor and without breakfast included.

I checked in during the rice special forces tour on the weekend ~ The location is very good, the house seems to be a historically protected building, and I stayed in an inner room on the first floor, which was very quiet. Although I knew that this Wushanju was not the other Wushanju, I still came. After all, I had been thinking about it for many years... Well, there is a Hanfu and tea ceremony experience in the lobby. I was short of time and didn't try it. I can try it again if I have the opportunity~

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The hotel is relatively close to the West Lake, about a 15-minute walk, in Hefang Street, there are many rooms, and the price is good. Now Huaxizi is doing activities in Hefang Street, which is super lively, and Hefang Street is also very beautiful. The room is very clean and cozy, there is no hygiene corner, and it is filled with aromatherapy. The young lady at the front desk was very gentle and watched our family of three 👨‍👩‍👦 and was upgraded for free. In the little children's room, our daughter saw the pink unicorn inseparable from her eyes, and finally the front desk manager gave it to us directly. Free parking for in-house guests. The parking lot is 100 meters away from the hotel, very close and safe. You can check out until 2 pm.

Cute hotel right next to Hefang street. Vibes were there and it was giving 60’s Beatles vibes. If you’re an English speaker invest in a translation app and maybe some basic mandarin. Unfortunately, the morning front desk person didn’t know English but luckily I was with a mandarin speaking friend who could explain that my visa wasn’t expired and that what she saw was just a port of entry stamp. Super clean, very cute, and be prepared to fill out paperwork that just reiterates your visa info. Be sure to check out hefang street, west lake, Leifang pagoda and Lingyin temple if you have the chance!

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

On November 1, 2023, my wife and I stayed at Vienna International Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Fengshan Branch) Room 8606, and stayed for another day on the 2nd. The service at the reception desk is very good, especially the only male waiter is kind, warm and thoughtful, leaving us a good impression. 👍👍👍 On the evening of November 2, I called the reception desk and said that we were not used to using disposable bath towels and asked to send two traditional bath towels of pure cotton to the room. Soon, a waiter who looked like the room manager (or foreman) sent a disposable bath towel. We repeated our intentions to her. And the waiter tried to shirk the responsibility, suspected that we did not make it clear, or the reception desk did not explain it, shouted, tried to clear the relationship, in short, the responsibility for the mistake was not her. For such a waiter, my comment: 1. The product sold by the hotel is service. In terms of the market, the guests are parents of food and clothing. In this sense, the guests are ”paying” to the hotel waiters. This is the hotel industry awareness. 2. In terms of this incident, whether it is the reception desk that did not explain it, or the guest did not explain it clearly, as a waiter, Yuan Yuan needs to do one thing: with a sincere and enthusiastic attitude, to meet the reasonable needs of the guests in time, not to mention the ”manager” or foreman who claims to have ”explained below”. 3. Can't stand the grievance and shout endlessly, and the guests try their best to ”explain” the reason for the right and wrong, don't eat the bowl of rice of the hotel waiter, it is not suitable to be a floor room foreman, not to mention the room manager. 4, if the waitress is really the so-called ”room manager”, it is too incompetent, should study the industry ”golden key service” spirit, otherwise the hotel reputation and internal management can not be perfect.
