Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The location of the hotel is genius. In less than a minute you can take the metro to the city center - or the Hangzhou East Train Station. In about 10-15 minutes you can walk to the West Lake, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is great and you have a lot of options to choose from. The Café itself is very aesthetic. The isolation of the building and the room isn’t that great though. I also felt like I couldn’t close my windows perfectly- which made me hear the traffic even more. My room was clean and had most of the necessities- however some toiletries weren’t there (it is said on the website though, that they removed them from their equipment). The staff is polite. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes

This hotel is not far from the West Lake. It is on the 18th floor of a building. There are security gates for entry and exit. When you go out, turn left, then turn right and walk 50 meters past the door to the subway entrance. You can take the subway to the airport, train station, Wulin Square, The Olympic Sports Center and other places are very convenient; when you go out, turn right and walk 200 meters to take the bus, which will take you to the broken bridge of the West Lake in 3 stops. Although the family room is not big, it has a relatively large bed and a medium bed. The room can accommodate 3 large suitcases, and the hygiene is acceptable. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, so it is economical. The bathroom is very small, and there is no bathroom curtain in the shower room. There are water stains everywhere in the bathroom after taking a bath, and drainage is difficult. You have to borrow a mop to clean up the water after each bath, which is a bad experience for the guests. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic.

Such a great stay! The staff, from the check in workers, to the security guards, to the ayi’s, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn’t speak English but they had a translator device, and one of the workers (Becky I think was her English name?) gave me her wechat so I could contact her with any issues. She also helped me find a coupon so I could upgrade and get breakfast included (which was sooo good). My room was gorgeous and very comfy, would recommend!

Overall execellent hotel, it was so near the airport, within walking distance. The hotel room is big, nice and clean, and even include breakfast! Highly recommended and will sure book again :)

The hotel is very beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The customer service also upgraded me to a room. You can see Leifeng Pagoda and West Lake outside the window. The West Lake is less than one kilometer away. I went out to take pictures of the morning scenery by the West Lake in the morning. The scenery is amazing 👍

Hotel room is very clean and spacious. The front desk staffs are very helpful and efficient. They add you to their WeChat and if you have any queries, within seconds they reply to your chat.👍👍. They front desk 君亭&陈雯, even give us free homemaker pear soup boiled by the hotel chief. So nice to have them during winter season.

The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and casual, with good supporting facilities and complete toiletries. Disposable slippers and even makeup remover are provided. There are also many free daily necessities in the lobby, as well as red date and wolfberry tea for drinking, and dining on the eighth floor. Convenient, a heart-warming late-night snack. The location around the hotel is very good. It is convenient to travel and is relatively close to the West Lake. The butler service, Ms. Xiao Feng, is super friendly. Because I arrived late, she took the initiative to call me in advance to help me arrange a room. I asked any questions during my stay. Answer, we are satisfied with the service provided.
