Regarding the blood stains on the bed sheets you reported, as you said, there were no blood stains when you checked in at noon. You only found it when you returned to the hotel at night. And the blood stains are fresh as shown in the picture. We immediately arranged for the lady to replace the new bed sheets for you. Regarding the sound insulation and noise problem you mentioned, after receiving your relevant feedback, the hotel staff went to your room and the floor for investigation three times, and found no obvious noise source. It was the peak of check-out, and some guests who traveled with their families did pass through the corridor. We apologize for the noise caused by pushing and pulling luggage carts and children running, and we also changed your room to a higher floor. Regarding the issue of buying cigarettes you mentioned, there are supermarkets across the street and next to the hotel. We are very sorry that we did not let you know about this.
