不太愉快的體驗，不會再住了，服務很生硬
本來要趕早班機，本身也是南航的金卡，在機場貴賓室早餐本身就免費，結果辦理入住時前台硬説要是驚喜顧客可以送一份，而且打包直接給你帶走，那就行吧，結果退房後莫名其妙直接按金扣了早餐錢…打電話給前台，説沒説送早餐😢，讓他們查監控問當事人，表示沒辦法，衹相信他們自己人説的，給你的感覺就是，你愛住不住，我們就是要扣，這按金在我們這裏就是我們説了算，這就是強買強賣了

I was impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the front desk receptionist, especially Miss Jennie, who quickly checked me in and provided me with a map of the hotel and surrounding tourist information. The matching room is spacious and bright, and the layout is both comfortable and elegant. The bed is soft and comfortable, which makes me sleep well all night.
