Very near to train station. Many foods, coffee, bubbletea around hotel, very convenient. Staffs were all very helpful.

友好飯店是我到杭州下榻的首選，地理位置位於商業街，交通便利購物吃飯方便，離西湖邊很近，酒店對面公交站有去靈隱寺的直達旅遊大巴（5元/位）。他家的20樓旋轉餐廳具有特色，能看西湖美景，早晨喝着咖啡欣賞西湖景色很愜意，但食物品種比以前少了，可有待提高，不過量及時補充。酒店價格定位較合理。前幾年裝修後，這次是第一次入住，感覺硬軟件明顯提高一層，房間設施舒適温馨，環境整潔，服務熱情細緻周到，得知我是他們的老客人，升級了湖景房，晚上還送了水果，退房時還不忘給瓶礦泉水路上解渴，更值得信賴哦。
