The hotel is very beautiful and equipped it with all amenities needed. Oliver, the concierge, was very helpful and suggesting us with a lot of useful information with warmth and sincerity.
One shortcoming was the housekeeping service that the third night during our stay, we went back to the room around 8 PM and our two rooms were not cleaned. I wonder about that because I believed that I did not turn on Do Not Disturb button. After a long day of traveling, we've got to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room for another hour to use the rooms.
However, the overall experience was good and we wish to go back again next time.

酒店的價格和品牌與我們的入住體驗大相徑庭。入住前一天就接到酒店電話，要了解同住人的姓名？從哪裡來？坐火車還是飛機？在杭州呆幾天？就感覺很被冒犯，像查户口的，我説直接問需不需要接機接站或訂餐廳訂遊船不就行了嗎？為什麼要問那麼多？感覺根本不像大品牌的服務員，像沒有經過培訓，第一感覺就很不爽，入住後發現設施陳舊，馬桶也不是智能的，洗浴用品都是大罐裝的，電視又小又舊，送的水果衹有一樣冬棗（既不酥脆也不甜），還是第一次碰到衹送一樣水果的，感覺服務很敷衍，一點不用心，金沙廳用餐感覺還不錯，酒店綠化還可以，但院子也沒有想象中那麼大，整個酒店感覺僅此而已，沒有驚喜和亮點，真不明白，哪來的勇氣收這麼高的房價！杭州那麼多好酒店，再不會來這家了！
