It was a very bad experience. The room was all dirty and old, furniture was broken and repaired with tap, or not fixed at all. The service from reception was horrible, very rude and not helpful at all, it seemed they were laughing at us when we were trying to get another room. We asked for a complaint form and they just laughed. I don't recommend this hotel. Horrible experience.

The room is in building B. But we need to go to building A to check in. Basic room for family’s needs. Direct view to West lake and close to bike rental. Cleanliness is just basic, lots of dust at the corner.

Very great location! There’s a night market right below the hotel and in just 20 minutes or so you can walk to west lake. Just hope the weather isn’t rainy…The room is also very nicely organized and the staff are extremely friendly!

I recommend this hotel for family, it’s close to shopping mall and metro, they also have washing machine in the room !

The location is very convenient. The room I booked comes with a washing machine, but there is no standing clothes drying rack, which makes it very inconvenient to dry clothes. The bed is relatively hard, but everything else is OK.

The location is good, near the subway station and downtown. The room was a normal apartment style and felt a bit old. The front desk was on the 12th floor of the building and I had to take the elevator up, but I didn't have a card key and couldn't get up there, which was confusing. Thankfully, the front desk staff was kind.

It only takes 5-6 minutes to walk from the subway station. There is a night market downstairs from the hotel, and there are many convenience stores next to it. It is very convenient for shopping. It is very quiet at night. If you have a chance to get a room on a high floor, you can see the beautiful view of the West Lake. The room is quite spacious and has all the facilities. It’s not a problem to open a 29-inch suitcase, and the price is very favorable

The room is not small, and the best thing is that there is a washing machine and dryer. Hangzhou is hot, so I can wash clothes every time I come back. The air conditioner is very cool. The Wushan Night Market is at the intersection downstairs, but there are not many people in the night market, so you can just walk around. About 30 meters away is bus No. 27, which can go to Wulin Night Market or Yuewang Temple. This hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from West Lake, and the shopping malls around West Lake are not far away, which is very good.

The landlord is very nice, but the accommodation and facilities are average and a bit old, and the air conditioner is quite loud. It is close to the West Lake and can be reached on foot, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.
