酒店靠近西湖，地理位置不錯，門口還有公交直達靈隱寺等景區。客房寬敞，佈局合理，裝修中規中矩，打掃乾淨，就是精緻大床房窗户望出去，景觀不太美。酒店工作人員整體服務態度很好，推薦！

花園賓館，就在新新後面。房間寬大，感應夜燈好用。2、1、3號樓都可以爬山，一覽西湖美景。服務非常周到，接駁車隨叫隨到。早餐豐富質量好。我們參觀了憲法起草紀念館，很是感慨，非常有意義。
建議：燒水壺高度和水龍頭不很配，有點不方便。

這次的酒店入住感受我覺得與南湖國賓相比，在房間的小硬件補充上更為有優勢，比如客房的吹風機，直飲水，每日的水果贈禮，還是可圈可點；無論是迎賓接待入住還是客房服務人員，或是行李服務員，短駁車接送人員都比較隨和，讓人如沐春風，也是有求必應；自助早餐也是比較可口，品種很豐富，可以算是一大特色，是我目前出遊酒店早餐排的上號的；衹是杭州氣候不太好，如果在房間設計上更為通風些，窗子能多打開幾扇，我想入住感受會更上一個台階。

很滿意的一次全家度假旅行，山莊鬧中取靜，服務周到細緻，天逢下雨，服務人員都貼心的詢問要不要叫車，要不要雨傘，倍感親切。房間大而寬敞，訂的二間房，由於沒法在一棟樓裏，前台還幫進行了房型升級。特別感謝前台管家和打掃阿姨，孩子走時把戒指遺忘在房間，我們都沒發現，是酒店及時發現聯繫了我們，還幫我們快遞回來，謝謝🙏
