I would recommend this hotel because (1) the service is very great (got taken care by the staff since i stepped out of the taxi), (2) the room is very clean and great, (3) the location is great and the view is nice. Would book this hotel again next time

Booked a suite and king bedroom, both rooms came with tea sets that we throughly enjoyed. Service and breakfast are good, will return if I get to come Hangzhou again

Hotel is a short walk to metro station. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast was so good. I'll stay here again.

I stay at Feng Qi Chao Ming The Dragon for a couple of nights and it was great! Very comfortable, clean and very easy to located since it’s pretty close to a metro station. Breakfast was well varied, lots of options for different kind of guests.

I am a hotel practitioner, I have been living in Beijing and I have traveled to many countries. After coming to Hangzhou, I learned a lot from this hotel. The spacious, bright and clean hall, smiling waiters especially chen lei, fast response speed and professional service attitude make me admire. This should be the best waiter in the world. The room I stayed in was small. But there is a capsule coffee maker that I've always wanted to use, and I'm impressed. The room was cleaned very well, I can't accept the hotel with smell. But this hotel is not like those. Soundproofing is also very good! Besides, the hotel's breakfast is very well, among which my favorites are wontons and xiaolongbao. The view outside the restaurant is also very good. Due to the work , I can only stay here for one night. But I learned many here which will benefit me for the rest of my life. I will also improve my hotel when I go back.
