I want to share a wonderful experience of getting a surprise gift package during a business trip. My order was 1028-1031. I stayed at Hangzhou Binjiang Tianjie Yifei Hotel for three nights. At 17:31 on 1030, I received a call from the clerk saying that the hotel had a power outage and the power outage was expected to last for a week to a month. I needed to apply for early check-out on 1030 and book a hotel on my own. The hotel notified me to check out in the evening, and there were no other hotels that met the standard for the business trip that day. In response, the hotel only apologized verbally and said that it could not provide any booking service or any compensation. Later, I learned that the power outage was caused by an internal dispute between the hotel and the property. The hotel failed to operate properly and could not fulfill its service commitments within the scope of the order, causing great inconvenience to the guests' itinerary without providing any substantial assistance. I share the above experience here to remind everyone to make their own choices based on the flexibility of their itinerary.
