Popular Hangzhou 4-star Hotels

We have a pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel. Super friendly services and best facilities. We would like to also give special thanks to Ms Yao Xiao Lan 尧小兰 for taking very good care of our room tidiness and cleanliness.

Perfect hotel, the room clean, new equipment. I was upgraded free to room with windows. Staff with name 'Joyce' super friendly. She support with 100% enthusiastic, and some suggestions about restaurants with good food. Joyce was communicate with us by English well (we are foreigners) , thank you so much and hope will see you again. Good luck everything to you, Joyce. One more thing, we were surprised to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff but they thought we forgot the money and Joyce found us to return it. It so cute.

Miss Zhu who drove us around the West Lake provided excellent service and explanation of the areas we visited. The service was excellent in helping us bringing our luggage to the room as well!

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Mercure Hotel in Hangzhou is very good for its location, on a top office building with the best view over the new downtown and the river, but is far from a regular 4 star Mercure hotel, and for sure not in line with the Accor Group standards. While the view is perfect, the average service, average (to poor) breakfast, need of some refurbishment, noisy corridors (you could hear everything what your neighbour does in his/her toilet/shower) brings rather an idea of a provincial hotel than a top class venue in the heart of a bustling metropole. The bed is confortable indeed, but baths is small, shower cabin not properly isolated - so you end your shower with water everywhere, toiletries smell like medicine rather than a proper shampoo or shower gel. If you neee a room to sleep over a busy business day and you are resistent to noise before you fall asleep (yes, they do offer earplugs!!), or if you wish to impress a young girl with the view... and then you do not care about noise and water all over, as this will be part of your night... yes, this is your hotel. But if you look for comfort, service (for which Accor Group is famous) and real 4 stars amenities, better find another hotel...

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the railway station and metro for easy access. The hotel staff were great and very professional and attended to my every need. The staff helped me order food to the hotel for special dietary requirements. It is also close to the cbd. A good choice at an affordable rate.

The room is very clean, and the room comes with fruit. The location is very convenient for subway and bus travel and surrounded by delicious food. The room faces the West Lake, and there is a takeaway robot delivering food, which is very novel (you need to write the room number clearly, and tell the takeaway brother to hand over the food to the front desk for the little robot to deliver). What a great experience at this hotel! The room is clean and tidy, with all the facilities and the bed is comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The waiter, Xiao Lai, is friendly, provides prompt service, and always greets me with a smile. The price/performance ratio is very high, making it an excellent choice for both business trips and family travel. Will come again next time!

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The room is quite small and smell not too good. Firstly, I got the room with fake windows which is I considered as it’s should be ‘no-windows room’ and smell not really good. I ask the hotel staff to change the room due to I feel not good while stay in that room. Finally, I got the room with ‘real windows’ and stay peacefully in the room.
